I called the Dollar General on Valencia Ln and Marilyn was sooo helpful! I needed to see if a particular cleaner was in stock.. and Marilyn ( first off.. Answered the phone.. where another Dollar General did not when I tried 3xs ) went down the aisle to find the items.. gave me all different sizes and prices.. and was Kind! So so grateful for her! She is an asset to your store! 👍☺️

My personal opinion its not easy dealing with different characters especially difficult edviduals with attitudes but this store is nice //managers and employees are helpful /// especially cashiers, well thers not that many sometimes but the ones that are there always helpful respecful and kind anough to assist if you don't know how to do something or are looking for somthing /// they are willing to help and figure it out for you the store is always clean keep up the good work dollar General PS the only thing That i think is needed is more Adults that are more experienced and responsible but overall great job

If I could give him 0 I would give it to him. Terrible service, the supposed manager whose name is Richard Cintron did not know how to handle the situation in which I made a purchase and the cash register reset. Even so, he charged me and with evidence from my App on the phone, I show my messages and notifications with the date, time and everything that the payment was completed. And the gentleman tells me that I don't know why I should pay again. So I tell him no that he should give me the money back, he tells me no and instead of resolving me, he takes away my purchase, ignores me and continues serving clients and tells me that he is not going to pay attention to me. All this in front of the clients and my children. They lost a regular customer because he came almost daily. I hope they take action on the matter and see if they give him training and manners again. Because I was left without a purchase and without the money. I've been robbed!

This place is discrimination I was ringing up my self. until you see the boss come and say did you ring up all those things because you stole something and he ended up checking our bags and we had rung up everything he just made us feel embarrassed in front of people hate this place .

This particular Dollar General is a convenient location and can save the residents in this area a trip to either Goldenrod Road and/or East Colonial Drive. This Dollar General has the usual stuff you would expect from a dollar store. Some of the items are decent deals, but some are not really worth the cost even if they were free.The staff was friendly enough. I just stopped in here for a few items.Overall, the place is your typical Dollar General in appearance, merchandise and staff. I don't mean that negatively, just truthfully.

Unprofessional employees!!! My 70 yr old mother who just had her last surgery to remove cancer!!!!! Thank God! wanted to walk up there to buy a few things because she felt good and when she asked to use the restroom the manager said it was broken there is a porta potty out back and laughed a man in line said he's lying she asked again they gave same response so she walked around the building with both men laughing at her then when walked her to the bathroom said there are cameras everywhere like she's a thief..... They judged a hardworking woman who just beat cancerand I think everyone should know how low some people will go to make someone's feel bad

Should have a bell at the desk to get the dollar general workers attention. I was waiting 5 or more minutes to purchase my item, as the self checkout was not working.
