The manager was expecting trouble when I walked in and didn't get any except her mental paranoia. Couldn't shop in peace here. Treated better at most stores.

Today I went to dollar general for a door dash order normally when I ask for help from other employees they don’t help me but this worker named Deniece helped me yesterday she dropped everything she was doing walked me to each item I really appreciate her very kind woman..!❤️

I shop at the old winter garden super store DG. The manager Ana and her staff are phenomenal and just amazing. Courteous professional attentive as well as approachable in regards to your specific needs. I had a great shopping experience and my younger sister and I were amazed by the variety and cleanliness of the store and all its products.

I was a long time customer at this store. went to get groceries and trinkets and they were two employees in the store. After an hour of shopping, I went to check out, but no one was checking out in the cashier lane. One employee was standing at the self check out. after checking out all of my items myself, my coupons weren't working. One employee was unable to help so she called another. The other employee went to another customer before coming to help and when she finally made it, she was not able to help me either. She directed me to unpack my groceries and come to the checkout lane which is where I wanted to go in the first place. After getting to the lane, the lady that she helped before me was having some trouble, and she spent more than several minutes helping her. The lady then decided she needed to go to her car to get some items, I wouldn't have been upset except one, no one wanted to check me out at the cashier lane in the first place, and two, the cashier chose to help another customer who came after me. The last straw was when the customer that she was taking care of, had to leave the store go to the parking lot get some thing from our car come back and I've been waiting way longer than her. When I walked in nobody said welcome to the store no one spoke to me the cashier was very standoffish the customer service was not there. I will not be going back anytime soon.

They close at 10pm and the two staff felt like they just wanted to close at 9:46 pm , They made me drive all the way there for no reason knowing they close at 10pm , Then they just stared at me thru the door sayin nothin??♀️ .

The store be looking like a mess.. the new store manager Tara is rude.. last time I was calling for a store manager to asked why the store looks so empty she completely ignored me when she was literally near me even some employees are done with her... worse experience ever.....don't even know why they changed the manager moises for her ? very bad customer service

This location is very neat, clean and organized. I also like how well lit the store was. I enjoyed that it was not super busy therefore enabling social distancing.
