The Best Store,I love this store but I am not understanding why is there always a problem with Corporate or management turning on Door Dash to order !! I can’t always drive over and this store has no delivery services!! Hello Get it together!!

Dollar General stores give the impression of being a budget-friendly option, but this is often not the case. Prices can sometimes be higher than those found at other retailers. As such, I have yet to find the convenience in visiting this establishment. While Dollar General may offer a wide range of products, potential customers should be aware that they may not always find the cost savings they expect. It's advisable to compare prices with other retailers before making a purchasing decision.

Worst customer service here. I want the manager to reply back and here from them. The employee at the register charged all my items as I insert card and did all the steps the pin pad said she then proceeded to tell me it never went through. She then said we have to ring everything up again because the transaction went through as cash and not card. Even though it said approved on my end. I don't have the access to press cash on the register. It was her mistake and she simply could had apologized and moved on but went ahead and argued with me. This is no way to treat a customer and in the customer service business she should have a better attitude. I will come back to speak with manager this is unacceptable

This particular Dollar General is located on the corner of River Ridge Drive and Curry Ford Road. The exterior is definitely showing that it could use a bit of cleaning on the inside is rather cluttered, however the service was friendly and they had some decent deals. They are pretty much in the driveway of River Ridge apartments, so I am assuming that a big part of their customer base comes from here. They are also convenient on Curry Ford Road, so Pastor buys would also probably take advantage of this location. The price is vary here and some of the items are decent deals and some are not so decent. I guess that could be said for any business. There is nothing that I would go out of my way to come here. However, if it is a convenience stop for you, it is not a bad location. All in all, I will give it three stars.

Store was very cluttered. Couldn't get through most isles as they were blocked off with merchandise carts, or boxes. Shelves were very messy, unorganized

Customer Service - Non existent. Nobody answers the phone here. And they don’t have ANY foil pans in stock even after the renovation. FOH!False Advertising - Manager wouldn't honor a misplaced sales tag that falsely represented the item on display. "Buy 2 get 1 free Lays chips". Was told that the sale was for specific Lays chips and that the stickers were "placed all over" so that the customers know they are on sale. What!?!I reluctantly said I understand, but that they should still honor the advertising I did not receive a response, only an apology after I walked back to the register and asked the cashier to take off all 3... With Publix and Walmart down the street and Wawa opening right next door soon I think I'll pass on the impulse buying I used to do so much... What a poor decision that manager made. Smh

I just left from Dollar General to buy milk, there was expired milk from January 31, 22, mind you we are in February 19,22. The other choices of milk would expire literally 2 days from now, why in the hell would anyone buy milk that would expire in a matter of 2 days. Luckily i found one that doesn’t expire till next month. Other than that issue, store seemed organized & the employee was nice.

Love the staff but the store is nothing over the top, but it has your basic needs. It is a solid place and I go here if I need anything cheap but it is pretty good overall.
