Rude and malicious staff. A cashier chose to remain silent, knowing she was closed. She could have simply said, "This is my last customer." Instead, she chose to ring up her customer while I waited and then proceeded to yell over my head, "I'm ready to close out." As for the manager, do not assume that saying something once, where people can hear you, is sufficient. Some people have hearing disabilities.
I understand it's the holiday season, and things can get tiresome. However, you guys left your checkout process chaotic.

Difficult to find some items (plastic kitchen wrap), employees are incredibly nice and helpful.

I will give 0 stars if I could. I went there and was very impressed bc it was a huge store and everything was clean and organized. It was early so was empty. I requested to use the restroom and the cashier told me, it was out of order. Weird.. I went to the back and while I was walking to the front i heard the same cashier mocking and making fun of the fact that we went to the store to ONLY use the bathroom, which was not true at all. I just take medication and needed to use the restroom before start shopping. Needless to say I left and never step foot in the store again. Very bad and unnecessary experience since Im pretty sure its ilegal to refuse the service.

Horrible. Staff member asked another staff member that looked like the boss if they had functional bathrooms for staff and was replied with "!Shut up about that!"

Nice new location but if you can not hold your pee you will probably pee in your pants because by the time you get the 🔑 key to the bathroom and have to walk all the way back you have already done piss in your pants. Not to mention other worse experience 🙃

Such a large store but just one cashier working while the manager and 3 other associates hangout talking about their weekend plans. Feel so bad for Jennifer to work all by herself.

It’s a shame to have such a nice store just to have crappie workers I walked into the dollar tree and asked a cashier that was at her register for the bathroom key she told me that she wasn’t on the clock to get someone else to help me so I was walking to the next register and saw the manager who name is Mark and asked him for the key he then told me to go ask someone at the register when he was right there by the register then walked off like I was nobody I guess Rebecca who was also a cashier must’ve heard. What was going on and went to get me the key that made me not even want to spend one cent in this store because how am I a customer who needs help and not even the manager with the nasty attitude want to help me what a shame I can’t imagine how many people they pushed away from this store if it wasn’t for Rebecca being so kind and helping me I would’ve never spent my money here

What should have been considered a new, well-stocked store, the Dollar Tree located at 2112 E Colonial Dr. Orlando, actually turned out to be a completely inadequate and inconvenient store.I am 66 years old and I was accompanied by my wife who is 63. On November 30th, around 5 pm, after filling our shopping cart almost half full, we needed to use the bathroom. We politely asked the employee. He looked at us with contempt - his arrogance was obvious - from top to bottom, he thought... and claimed that the bathrooms were closed for cleaning.Well, we needed to use them, we are not children, and a terrible inconvenience almost occurred. The employee did not show any friendliness, politeness or simply sensitivity.We dropped everything in the cart and headed to another establishment. We were horrified by the store and never intend to go back there again.Be warned: don't count on the friendliness and attention of the employees at this store.
