I give this store a 000000. Unfortunately I had to select a star so that I can post my review I purchased 3 Bytech motion sensor lights on 02/08 which one of them was faulty. The cost is $5 per item. I took the item back for an exchange and they wouldn't honor the receipt because it was a little torn per Manager's rules. The receipt had all the information price. The address of the store ,name of item ,price date and the transaction # just wanted a replacement but they refused
I will not be going back to that store.This was my first time and last time at this store due to this terrible experience. This store is not even well organized like others . Now I am out $5.00. I will pass this along to friends and family and everyone that I know.
So It looks like this is not a policy at all, I went to another Dollar Tree and I asked them if they would accept my receipt a little ripped. The manager told me yes as long as the item and price are able to be seen on the receipt . This is a Dollar Tree that does provide great customer service.

Today April 24 around 2:30 pm I was in the store to make my grocery shop, since I’m disable person, I went to ask about a priority line for elderly or disable line for the cashier, since there was a long line and only 2 cashiers working. The answer that I got from the cashier was that they only have 2 persons working and they didn’t have a special line for disable or elderly person. There was some elderly customers waiting in line. According to ADA the store needs to provide a wheelchair or some reasonable accommodation. Which was not the case. I’m consulting my lawyer now, because the cashier made nothing to accommodate me or the other elderly clients waiting. Shame on dollar Tree

After waiting 15 minutes to be checked out on a 20 customer line I abandoned the merchandise and went to family dollar.
Asked for another cashier was told that she was the only one at 5:00 on a Monday.

Been sitting in the parking lot since i when the store was supposed to open. At 805 an employee showed up saw door was locked and returned to her car. At 818 another employee showed up and unlocked the door. Tried calling and received no answer.
