This shop is impossible! Wrongly marked prices/wrongly sorted, if you no longer want it for the price that is way too high, there is no money back! The manager is rude and not suitable for this position!!!
Avoid this store, there are better ones!!!

This specific store is in disarray. Furthermore, I was looking for a grooming item and not one employee had a freaking clue where the hell it was. You guys need to do better.

Went into store this morning and line was long and no cashier saw a man with glasses ask if he was cashier he ignored me no customer service nor manners he started arguing with me he said he is not cashing my stuff and to get the hell out of his store bad customer service he don’t need to be a manager either that kind of service

Ive went to the conway fl one for years and the slowly additional $3.$4.$5. was fine because it was stuff I could avoid. This weekend the entire regular staff was missing and instead was a ghetto crew all black shirt wearing rude people, 10 of them and not one go help me. When I tried to pay. one item was $7 the other was $6 they sell the same bag at both publix and dollar general for 5. What the heckare you doing to my favorite store? I dont want to shop where your workers cuss right in front of my two kids.

Today I went to the Hofner and Conway Dollar Store, I had an argument with an employee who treated me badly, yelling at me and talking to me in a bad way in front of customers, just because the light was on at the register and we asked her Yes, it was open and she answered us that the reason it is on does not mean that she is going to attend to them and she came and turned off the light, and started laughing and discussing what happened with another known client in a loud voice.
I hope they do some management regarding this situation since it is not pleasant for customers.
