Minnie the manager is a rude and distasteful individual. Ignored my request to simply inflate a balloon when she was standing there doing absolutely nothing. Minnie said, and I quote, “the store is closing in 20 minutes, we don’t have anyone to do that for you. You will have to get another balloon.” Mind you, they were all deflated or the string was unreachable. Then after ignoring me for 3/4 minutes as I stared at Minnie do nothing, proceeded to tell another associate to inflate my balloon.
Horrible customer service! No compassion at all. I understand working a retail job is hard but as a leader, you must lead by example.

The employee was literally making customers wait at the register so she could respond to text messages on her phone. I guess it's true when they say you get what you pay for.

I recently moved near this Dollar Tree and since the first day I visited it, the experience has been quite unpleasant, from the messy and disgusting to the super bad service, each employee is worse than the other, rude, racist, today 09/10/24, at 9:05 am an employee scolded me because I put the basket where she didn't like it! Seriously?? Since I walked in, she didn't even answer the greeting!

Daniel didn't pay attention to what balloon number we wanted, he looked in the wrong bin for a Welcome Back balloon
He filled the balloons really bad and it was pretty empty

I’ve been to this store many times and what compelled me write a review this time is the cashier, Joanne. She was pleasant, efficient and was smiling the whole time! Interacted nicely with all. What a great employee!!
The store is generally chaotic and pretty dirty. They need to revamp the whole thing in my opinion. Self check out be great at this location.
But Joanne made the experience very pleasant!!

The success of your store really depends on your how your employees prioritize customer satisfaction and their customer service skills. This dollar tree is lacking in both. The first thing to work on is at least acknowledging or speaking to your customers.

A store is only as good as their workers. If you walk in and see a really really long line, then most likely, they have the rudest workers at the cash registers. I suggest you turn around if you can. The lady that helped me today almost broke my glass items and then scoffed at me. And I know they’re not all like that because I’ve had a really nice lady help the last time I was in.
