First time visiting this store location. Had difficulty finding an item the website indicated only this store had in stock. Two employees were stocking and speaking Spanish. I stopped to show them a picture of the item I was looking for. The lady was rude and simply said aisle 5. Never stopped dough what she aaa doing or talking Spanish with the other employee. I heard her do the same thing to another customer. I speak Spanish and the discussion was not even work related. I found another non-Spanish speaking employee who helped me and was very friendly. When I asked about the other female I was told that is the manager. This is not good management in my opinion, zero customer service skills. I will not return to this store and feel bad for the non-Spanish speaking employee.

I believe every Dollar Store is equipped with different merchandise what one may have another may not. This store had a lot to offer in the rams of a good select to choose from in merchandise. I would shop there again .

This store is usually really good. It has the necessary supplies and it is not crowded.The last time I went it had a very loud Spanish gospel music that depending where you were in the store was disturbing. Never had any problems with staff, they are usually really nice.

The manager who was working today was terrible she is so rude , I will make sure everyone knows exactly how management is at the dollar tree. She is screaming about a dollar twenty five cent ball that she doesn’t know if the kid had brought in or not. She was making a scene as a manger and was unprofessional, had a stank face and nasty attitude all over her face. The other employees were so sweet and nice and I offered to pay for the ball but at the end of the day it’s a 1.25 And nobody know if the kid brought it in with him or if it was the stores ball but either way This makes me sick , I hope that lady gets what’s comming for her because she needs to get checked and re evaluated

This dollar tree had a lot of art supplies. I like that is larger and for the most part organized. People were friendly.

Terrible customer service. Dont acknowledge the customer or thank them.Replace these cashiers with self scanners or robots and let them be unemployed. Also can you pick up trash outside your store it looks getto.What do you expect they are owned by Family Dollar who also have dirty nasty sloppy stores.Raise the process by 25 cents and it is worse than ever before.

This particular Dollar Tree is located in a shopping plaza that is extremely close to the University of Central Florida (UCF). Out if all of the dollar store brands, Dollar Tree is probably my favorite of the lot.Like all Dollar Tree locations, there are items that are definitely worth the cost and some that honestly wouldn't be worth a few pennies. It is up to you to determine what is worth it and what isn't worth it.All in all, this particular Dollar Tree does get my recommendation.
