I probably go to every single Dollar Tree I see because they all have different things that I wouldn't know I wanted unless I go in. I went to this location looking for glass bottles and not only did one associate (Who I believe is an assistant manager) Glorivee help me to try and find these bottles.. her associate Kathy went in stock room to try to find them as well... I was sad they were out of stock at their location but they did give me info on a couple other locations and also advised me to go online and I can have them delivered to their store! Sometimes, especially during the holidays, you receive the energy you give.. I applaud anyone in the service industry.. especially when they go above and beyond and a thank you goes a long way!

This is in regard to the last review that PAM S just posted. If you read the policy on the paper you posted. You could get a full refund if you have the original receipt. If you don't you will be offered an exchange for something else. You were offered an exchange the first time around because you didn't have the receipt. Showing your bank app that shows a transaction from Dollar Tree is not your receipt. I was there behind you that day. You just didn't have the receipt with you and made a big deal about it. Also, looking at your reviews. Apparently, you have nothing better to do than just write bad reviews. I hope Dollar Tree management is looking at this. I have witnessed all the harassment the cashiers and management go thru from customers just like PAM S. That like to complain to just get away with everything they want. I give all of them 10 star for the job they do.

Kathyana Iris refused to do a return because I didn't have the receipt.
Also she refused to give me the corporate number and gave me the Store number
I went in to talk to manager Coral did nothing to help the situation and didn't even car and rolled her eyes at me. She didn't even know their policy.
The policy clearly says Do not escalated a refund issue with the customer.
They didn't even offer me to do a exchange.
Horrible customer service! This experience made me never want to go to dollar tree ever again!

I don't know who but all three are very nasty and I would like you to pull the video at the store at the time I was at 9539 S Orange Blossom Tr Orlando Florida
These ladies are very rude and I went in with my receipt and Glorybee was extremely rude and said now you know the policy. I want to speak to Corporate about these ladies. This picture is her being rude and walking into the office putting her hand in the air like she doesn't care about customers. This lady should not be dealing with customers and needs training.

Working next door to this place, come in daily and the line is backed up to the isles with only 1 register open. You will wait in line for 20 minutes with 2 items.

I happened to be in the area (9539 S Orange Blossom Tr) and decided to step in this dollar tree location, that I’ve never been in. To my surprise, what a well organized and clean store. Larger than the ones I regularly visit. I left pleasantly happy with the service provided by Mrs Mandy. She’s definitely a five Star employee. Cheers to her !!
