I had an unpleasant experience with a customer following my partner and I around the store; two of the cashiers noticed I was upset and stepped in to make sure we were okay and gave us this balloon. Thank you for caring about us; you made our day with your sweet gesture.

If there were a zero-star rating, I would give it! On August 30, I shopped at this new neighborhood store for the first time. I bought various items, including a bag of marbles. It was the only bag left on the shelf, and because I liked the color, I didn't notice it was already open. When I returned to the store to exchange it, I discovered that half of the marbles were missing.
The manager, Helen, took the bag to her office for a few minutes. When she returned, she loudly declared, "It's from last month (Actually it’s just 5 days ago)and we don’t exchange opened bags." I insisted that I had picked it up from the shelf in that condition and that the cashier had rung it up without any issues. I explained that I hadn’t opened the bag or removed any marbles, but Helen didn’t listen and dismissed my concerns. Instead of addressing the issue, she pushed the problem onto me ,was clear that the store had sold an incomplete product to customers without taking responsibility.

My cashier was very helpful, she was the only one on the cashier and i wanted some balloons so i simply waited for the line to finish so she can take care of me because i wasn’t in a hurry. For some reason her manager decided to put my cashier on blast about not helping me with the balloons when my cashier asked her for help. As a manager you don’t yell at your employees in front of customers especially with the attitude. 3 stars because of the manager. 5 stars for the other employees there that are helpful.

Good selection but only one cashier open every time I come in. Hire more employees! It’s nonsense having to wait 20+ minutes every time I come here just in line.

Very big and has a lot of new products compared with other dollar, however, usually they only have one register open and lines can go up to the back of the store.

Medium size dollar tree store. Friendly staff and good selection of items. This location also has a plus section, which is rare in central florida.
