Good pizza too but to much sauce ( I always ask lights sauce but it wasn't lite sauce) but I love the pizza there so in the future I believe it would be perfect. I think even if you don't ask for lite sauce pizza shouldn't have so much that you get to feel more sauce than anything else unless you ask for extra.

I ordered a classical salad with vinegar sauce. The salad has 4 tomatoes outdated and one was the tertible taste. Also they put the tiniest tomatoes ever into a salad. This was really sad, I paid 8 dollars for a terrible salad. Lettuce was outdated and not good. They put a plastic plate onto those lettuce and lettuce was turned into bad. Bread pieces were not good. They didn't add Feta cheese, they used high fat yellow cheese tiny cuts. Oh man, their salads are terrible ever. So sorry to say, but just add something organic into your salad. Even their sauce is not healtt vinegar, it's bad.

Online ordering is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...I was on hold for literally 40 minutes, which promoted me to drive to the location...I walked into the Avalon Park, Florida location STILLB ON HOLD. You can see that the 5 star rating doesn't match up to that experience...my rating is NOT reflective of the Domino's Pizza company...rather, it's a reflection on the treatment received by HUNTER SMITH. This young man was an interim manager because the store manager had gone home. Hunter was apologetic regarding the online ordering service and explained that the servers were down... but agreed that there was no excuse for being on hold for 40 minutes. HUNTER SMITH took care of us and gave us 3 free pizzas and a drink. The location was actually closing within 30 minutes of our arrival, and everything was practically put away....Hunter had 3 medium pie crusts left and offered to prepare them for us on the house due to us being inconvenienced. Thank you, HUNTER SMITH, AVALON PARK FLORIDA DOMINOS PIZZA! This young man was so very polite, patient, compassionate, and helpful...SUPERVISOR MATERIAL!!!!

The best franchise location yet when it comes to taste, quality, and speed. Recipes definitely improved. I prefer this location over any

This Avalon Park location has horrrrrrible customer service!!!! It’s only remotely busy as it is the only one in the area. I reordered a specialty pizza that I previously received for the first time and had been prepared correctly. However, upon using their reordering feature on their website, they sent me a totally different pizza without all the topping that come with the specialty pizza!!! They refused to correct the their mistake, despite not being able to explain how the pizza came correct the first time and incorrect the 2nd time without me not changing anything!!!!The workers and night manager on duty 12/28/23 are nasty, arrogant, and have no customer service!!! God forbid they mess up your order, as they have less than zero customer service and accountability!!!! They are unapologetically nasty!!! Instead of attempting to correct the issue, you will be told the computer says what it says, then hung up on!!! Worst experience ever!!!!! They are doing Dominos a major disservice by having managers and staff that are rude and hang up on customers!!!! Hate that even have to give one star to leave a review, as they deserve less!Very Unsatisfied Customer

Closing manager on Dec 28 2023 is very unprofessional with no customer serves skills. Was nasty on the phone and refuse to correct the mistake that they made and then hung up the phone.Rude and obnoxious .Needs some training on how to treat customers.

Management at this Avalon Park location is a joke. We ordered pizza for delivery. One of the pizzas was a specialty pizza. The store ran out of all of the veggies for our pizza, but rather than calling us and asking if they could fix us an alternative, the manager told staff "just add more pepperoni". (This is what we were told when we called to get this corrected.) The pizza we received did not have more pepperoni than the norm, yet we were still charged for a specialty pizza. When we complained, we were offered a coupon that we have to use within the next week, in person pickup only, and it cannot be used on any specialty pizzas, or combined with any other coupons, so basically we got cheated.

Absolute worst location in east Orlando. They always double or triple up their drivers causing excessive wait times. They've straight up delivered my food to a *child* at the wrong house before and told me I was lying when I made them aware that my child is 4 and couldn't have accepted a pizza for me.Laziest drivers ever who look for any excuse not to deliver. Carry out is probably fine but for being in Avalon park I expected way better service. Will not order dominos again. Period.

They called to tell me they didn’t have small dough to make a bread bowl. The guy didn’t ask if I wanted a refund. I had to ask if it could be exchanged so i’m not paying for something I didn’t get. He said yes but they have to refund me and ring my order back up. He tells me well it’s only like $2. That’s not the point. The point is, that employee (who never mentioned his name) didn’t even try to make the situation better. They didn’t offer us anything in exchange for not having what we paid for. We go to pick up our food and BREAD BOWLS WERE BEING MADE! 3 of them on the counter, but some how we couldn’t get our bread bowl? There was a THIN layer of pasta, the noodles were hard and and the entire dish just looked greasy. So not only was I charged for something I didn’t get, we were also lied to. Our pizza was pretty good though.

I was mistreated by 3 former coworkers, their names starting with V, P and D for my 4 months working here. Another former coworker said "Go woke, go broke" at one point and I was deadnamed a few times mainly by V and I was made to be the one constantly working while my former coworkers just sat on their phones and hung out. A few times D even threatened to take our tips away which I did contact corporate about. I was also almost falsely written up for not paying for a pasta bowl, until I proved my GM I did pay for a pasta bowl in my order, even though other employees could get away with not paying any money at all for multiple pizzas and sides. The favoritism is insane to the point where I was afraid of speaking up. Don't order from here, go get some cultural, non-american food instead. It'll be much more delicious and much more worth the money. No hate to corporate though, I was too scared to say anything about the bunch of times I was mistreated there due to the obvious bias everyone had towards eachother in the workplace. I even called to ask for my last tips from my last Domino's paycheck and was not responded to, I'm sure they took the money for themselves. I would not recommend working here at all, especially if you are LGBTQ+ or neurodivergent.
