Everyone at Sport Subaru were friendly, patient, and accommodating. Robert Duran did an excellent job of explaining the features of our new 2023 Subaru Forester Touring, and allowing both my husband and I to test drive. He patiently answered questions, and urged us to contact him with any questions we might have in the future. He listened to our requests and relayed them to team members. We would most definitely return to Sport Subaru for future purchases and/or service.

This would be my second purchase from Don Mealey. My first purchase was at the old location on colonial drive where I purchased a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander. I met the sales manager Axel, and my sales person Francis. I was unsure if I wanted to trade out of my Mitsubishi as I had it for such a short time, but I really loved the new look of the Subaru Ascent. My sales person handed me off to Axel Machin, and he took my hands and walked me thru the whole process of becoming a new Sabaru owner. He saved me so much money and got my payments where I needed them to be. He gave me the best trade in value that I wasn't expecting with no hassle and no mind games. I spent more time laughing with him and my sales person and it made me forget that I was buying a car and everytime I go there I feel more and more like a family member. My sales person showed me all the inner workings of my new vehicle as she did with my prior purchase. I'm telling you guys right now, if you want straight forward answers to your questions with NO fluff see Axel and Francis at this new location. As an Orange County teacher, I give Francis and Axel an A+!I'll see you soon for my second Subie!

Special thanks to Martin de Salterain that helps us with out purchase of our first Subaru. Him and all the staff were super friendly, professional and straight forward. They were very clear throughout all the process with no fine prints or hidden charges or terms. We will definitely consider coming back for our next purchase and refer them to anyone interested in buying a car.

I loved my experience at Sport Subaru. Frank Guerrero sat with me patiently and explain every detail of the car and took the time to show me all the different options that were right for me. I truly felt that he wanted the best for me. The manager Mr. Frisby also made me feel like a close friend. The service is outstanding. I also appreciate that they keep in contact with me. I feel that I joined a new club for life. Forever grateful! Forever Subaru! ?

When I bought the car, the sales person was extremely rude and appeared homophobic. Which is ironic because I saw the Subaru ad in the Gay newspaper. Then I went in with a problem with the driver side door, and I was told it really wasn't a problem. I asked them to take apart the door and look and sure enough there was a problem and they fixed it. I have recently brought my car in because the entire radio consul was not operating properly. While I was there, I asked if they could fix another one of the doors that was not working properly. And I was told that my bumper-to-bumper warranty had expired. After talking with the financial person at the dealership, I discovered my warranty was very much in tact. Then they told me that my bumper-to-bumper warranty didn't cover the problem with my car door. Because of the parts needed to reprogram my car keys. I was given a loaner car. Yesterday I was called and told my car was ready. Today I received a text telling me my car has been ready for the last 6 days and if I don't return it today I'm going to be charged $50 a day for the loaner. If love is what makes a Subaru a Subaru, I'm not feeling the love.

Full disclosure ..... I hate car shopping. Always have. Yuck. So quick (NOT) story. Hubby knows exactly what car he wants. It's a Subaru, of course, because he surfs, kayaks, and performs great feats of dangerous adventuring that a Honda Civic just can't provide. He works hard, full time and asked me to shop for his car. He wants a Subaru Forrester Wilderness in a very specific color. Why? Because he hasn't had a new car in 30 years and he deserves one. So off I go, to a plethora of dealers to find my true love's perfect vehicle. EXCEPT, as an "older" female, I find I'm sometimes dismissed when I inquire about a car. I'm told by some dealerships that the salesman I'm talking to is busy, but he'll find someone. Ok, great. Then, I'm schooled on which vehicle would be a better fit. Or my favorite technique is dumbing down their vocabulary because a 61 year old female with chipped nail polish and a bad knee couldn't possibly understand complex terminology such as towing capacity or torque. It was grueling. It was insulting, and on a few occasions, I literally knew more about the Subaru Forrester Wilderness than the salesman. So I find another Subaru dealer with the color hubby wants and head out. As I pull in and park, I notice a young man approach and ask me if I need help. "Yep", I answer as I confidently pull out my phone to show him the exact car I want. Except, as he so eloquently explains, they don't have that specific car because I'm at the wrong car dealership. A good laugh was had by all. Long story short, Kris P. spent the next half hour with me test driving a Forrester. I've had no less that 8 test drives in the past month and a half, and they are all painful. Not this one. It was actually fun. No condescending instruction, no explaining the obvious, like "Let's buckle up and be safe!" He explained the features, (there's many great ones), he knew more about this vehicle than any other salesman I'd talked to, and he had no problem with the fact that I would not be buying this blue one, because hubby wanted green. Absolutely NO pressure, no attempt at convincing me to rethink anything. So of course, a green one came in on transport, and of course we bought one. Kris made it as painless as a car purchase can be. Just knowledgeable and friendly and very accommodating. I wished I would have started with him. Car buying is an expensive, stressful , sometimes insulting process, but a knowledgeable and accommodating salesperson will make a huge difference. Kris continues to follow up with hubby to make sure he's happy with his purchase and has been available to answer any and all questions about the plethora of space age features this vehicle comes equipped with. Sometimes the salespeople your dealing with are just as important as the car you choose. I'd recommend both. Thank you, Kris. Thanks, Subaru.

don't buy from this place. sticker said 3 day 150 mile return called in two hours to sales they said you test drove it it's yours. buyer beware!Gaby should be fired. Never buy from this place!!!!!

We were shopping for a car for my daughter, and stopped by the Subaru Dealership on John Young PY.The place is clean and a lot of options for brand new and used cars.We were in no rush, and were looking for a good car for my daughter.Kris helped us and patiently allowed her to drive the cars we shortlisted.We ended up buying the car for her! Financing and paperwork all done with in an hour and we were on our way home with the new addition!Kris was wonderful!And the finance office was great, getting us the best rate for financing.

I recently ordered and purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek, and my experience with Sport Subaru was great. I worked with Frank Guerrero, and I highly recommend him! Just purchased my first Subaru Outback from this dealership! It was a great experience overall. Will was so patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating to answer all of our questions. He didn’t pressure us to make any decisions that we weren’t comfortable with, and was very open with all the options and facts about my car. Even after we purchased the car, Will offered to wait with us to drive off the lot (because it was thunder storming like crazy) to make sure we were safe getting home. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from this dealership due to the integrity and kindness of all the employees.

My husband and I were hesitant to begin the new car process, but it was time. Will made the process effortless! From the first meeting, he was honest and patient. He took the time to show us all of the features of the car we were interested in and answer all of our questions. He was communicative throughout the entire process, but not pushy! He never once tried to upsell us or push us into something we weren’t comfortable in. If you need to find a new vehicle, Will is your guy!

Arriving to this location there was nothing but excellence from service and personality from Kylan.He helped me out so much during this process once it began. He went out of his way to find the right set of keys to test drive, had a lot of information on all of them, checked the inventory to the best of his abilities and made the experience personal for me to make sure I was in the right car and what features from safety and entertainment that I wanted. He was always genuine, and didn’t slip a beat, as well as definitely great customer service and salesmanship. He was so good that he wanted my family to come back after being a Chevy family for years. That man deserves a raise! As well as being close to age to me it felt right as well and comfortable that he was leading me in the right direction. My 2024 Crosstreck was definitely the right choice and I’m grateful for his time and efforts!
