WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN ORLANDOBedrooms:1- Old bathroom. Extremely low shower, I who measure 1.94 had to take a shower squatting;2- Dirty and dusty carpet;3- Air conditioning that is difficult to regulate and is directed towards the beds so at night it goes straight to you.Services:1- Breakfast: I would like to highlight the guy who makes the omelets, he was certainly the worst server we had on the entire trip, even criticizing the format we wanted our omelet in;2- Receptionist, almost all of them rude, with no desire to serve customers;3- Outsourced places in the hotel, such as Starbucks and ice cream parlors, the employees serve 100% poorly too.Local:1- Good location, very close to the universal parks, you can even walk to the parks with a 30/35 minute walk;2- Pleasant environment, but with an old structure that is in need of renovation; Finally, I don't recommend this experience to anyone, and I would recommend looking for other hotels if you want to have a more pleasant trip to Orlando!———————————————————————EnglishWORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN ORLANDORooms:Outdated bathroom. We are diamond members with 7 years of Hilton experience in Europe and all over the U.S. Currently waiting in the lobby an hour after "check in" waiting on a room. The furniture is stained and the lobby looks like it is stuck in the 80s. Sub par for Hilton. I would think with Hiltons profit margins they could get adequate cleaning staff at this location. This suggests upper management attempting to cut costs with inadequate employment of facilities staff. The staff at front desk gave us meal vouchers and I truly believe it is out of their hands. H.R. HIRE SOME MORE STAFF! DONT BE CHEAP! This location is good! This hotel could be great if it was run right. If you want a good business you HAVE to invest in plenty of workers and retain them. Get new furniture and decor in lobby. First impressions mean a lot. This is Currently 2.5 stars at best.

This was so handy to Universal Studios. Good pricing and very accommodating. Near restaurants, shopping and activities to keep you entertained.

Comfy beds and very nice view as expected??.Very good choice for breakfast at the sunshine café ?; a Starbucks and ice cream shop convenient onsite for late munchies.?Room service is spot on. ??Besides the elevators’ hiccups, constantly out of service, to the fact that we had to the stairs to our suite on a couple of occasions. We enjoyed our stay.?

Solid hotel. Nothing special. Location is ok, but actually difficult to get in and out of.

First night I saw the biggest cockroach ever about the size of the palm of my hand. Rooms are older than expected. Phones and remotes from the 90s. Breakfast is not free and very expensive. Just not what I expected from such an expensive “fancy” hotel.

I'm giving 1 star because before booking, I called and confirmed w front desk if they have shuttles to Universal at all times back and forth and they said yes, but shuttles were terrible, 1 they were limited times, 2 we had to walk all the way down to lobby to book them they wouldn't book over the phone, 3 they were never available for return we had to walk/get uber to come back to hotel, and the driver wasn't nice (we were waiting by the hotel entrance, bus came they didn't have our names, we asked the driver to give us 1 min to have the hotel add our names, he said no its too late!). If I knew the shuttles are like that, I would've booked a different hotel because this made our experience very inconvenient walking back and forth and paying uber! Also, there were advertisements of "Palermo's" food delivery in our room. we ordered, the quality of the food and service were terrible, we only ordered from there because we thought if the hotel advertised for them, they must be good, but shockingly they were terrible, it's questionable why they advertise for them!Room temperatures are also limited, one night I was very cold, and we couldn't adjust temp higher than 78!

We stayed at the Double Tree for just one evening and paid $185. It was worth every penny. We booked very last minute because our originally booked hotel was awful. We were so relieved to see that the DoubleTree was a very clean and modern hotel. The rooms were clean, smelled great, and were well maintained. The staff was friendly and quick to check us in. We were very glad to see Universal Guest Services available so we could print our tickets. My only complaint is that the onsite food wasn't great. We ordered a pizza that could use some work. Beyond that, we enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was in a great location, very close to Universal Studios.
