I visited the Orange Blossom Shopping Center location in florida all the gentlemen who were working were very helpful and kind my husband and I bought 2 pairs of shoes. 💓Will visit again on our next vacation. My only recommendation is to pull online orders more timely. :)

Great customer service team. Was very helpful with finding the right fitted shoe to match my outerwear. Never would i have thought a shoe retailer could have in-store unconventional stylest to help with coordination and synchronization of colors and style. It was a wow kind of moment for me. So I want to say thank you, DTLR sales associate, for all the great work you guys do there, and you guys have a great family culture there. Don't let me start with the reward program. Wow, when I finally use my rewards, I will for sure up date the community with a review and comment. Thank you once again for your great services. DTLR, you guys provide a great srevic to the community.

Rude staff! I purchased a pair of Jordan for my niece, and went back for an exchange because she needed a larger size. Ater a long wait time in the store, I went to ask if they found the size , the girl with a staff t-shirt said "" yes, but I am thinking about something"" and just turned her back on me.I followed her in the store and inquired again about the shoes. She made up a story about the shoes and told me ""Well, I can not exchange them because the shoes are dirty.lol She was the one by the entrance door checking the shoes and asked a coworker for the size look-up. She made me wait a long time , and I had to chase her to get a rude attitude. Lack of customer service, I am a long time customer there, I have never met her before. The experience was so negative that I would never go back to this store located between OBT and Holden Ave. She gave me a number to call a certain Robert Campbell, I called multiple times , it went straight to voicemail. So disgusting!

Giving it one star cause of a few workers that were walking around saw us there and didn't bother to ask if we needed help a worker that looks like she came off break helped us after almost 20 minutes of waiting

I went to this location to buy my son some things for his birthday so one of the things I bought for him was Air Force 1 nice suede light pink and tan ones and the shoes was $130 when I get home I really looked at the shoe and it was a fake shoe so I called before arriving back to The store the same person who sold me the shoe answered the phone so I said why would you sell Me a fake Nike shoe!!! I told him , he’s like we don’t have fake items here and I said yes you do because this shoe is fake and I will get the police involve … his pause on the phone said it all , I went in the store his face had an awkward face, his face embarrassed like ohh man we got caught face and the females staff just looking and laughing I will never come and shop here again …. It’s a shame that this store is selling FAKE name brand products and people paying high prices for them !!!!!!

OVERPRICED and totally USELESS employees, they didn't say a word to us the whole time we were in they were just standing around talking about how they wish they had a better-paying job...lol.. maybe ownership should give them one
