Came at 7:45 and posted hours are until 8 pm. Sat at drive through. At 7:53 I pull up to window. The clerk comes to window and informs me they closed early because it's slow and they only pay him until 8 pm. I went to Wawa and got my office coffee. What a joke this DD is.

This location never fails to disappoint. Employees play loud music, don't speak up, and seem to be unfamiliar with the menu. At least they rang up my order incorrectly which seemed to be in my favor.Go to Foxtail up the road instead. Dunkin Corp, close this location so something better can take its place.

This has to be one of the worst, ran Dunkin’ Donuts ever the man behind the counter, running the register today I believe his name is Manny is very rude unprofessional he got upset because the food that they gave me with my order was uncooked so I asked for a refund he got upset and told me to just take my food and go when I refused he threaten me with violence. I will never return here.

The staff here are very unprofessional, negative as hell, seem like they are miserable working here and it messes up my vibe. Not to mention my orders always comes out messed up or missing something.

When I got there most of the inventory was empty. Even the hazelnut for coffee. Now I'm sure this doesn't happen often but they should be constantly pushing out fresh donuts and ordering ingredients they need before they need them. So that's on them. Otherwise they have 3 nice 1 person chairs that are quote comfortable and share a coffee table by the window. And there is not much space within the restaurant for ordering so when the line is long its hard to get in or out or get to a table.Vegetarian options: My vegan mother enjoys going to dunkin donuts and she gets various things so I'm sure there's more options or special requests that can be made

I liked this Dunkin. Service was friendly, on point and with a smile. The only things that I didn't really like here is they were out of the item I asked for. And the dining area was trashed. Lol. There was crumbs all over the tables and floor. The chairs looked as if someone was ABOUT to clean up then changed their mind. ? it wasn't a bad experience just not that great compared to other Dunkins. Buy the friendly service by the young lady at the counter definitely helped. So kudos to the staff for their customer service. All in all I'd visit this place again. Everything I've mentioned is quite fixable. So another visit would definitely be a yes!! Good job

I would have to say that the customer service in this location is completely sub par.I could almost forgive popular items and ingredients being missing on a highly regular basis, if not for the fact that the customer service at this location is very lackluster. There isn't much point in going to this Dunkin Donuts over others in the area.

Would not allow me to enter the store to order my food simply because of other kids making disruption. Very frustrated couldn't even order a drink.

The drive thru is so slow. The person taking the order couldn’t understand me. We sat at the drive thru window for 15 min.

I normally do not post a review however I feel it necessary in this case. Me, my wife, and my granddaughter stop to get a quick breakfast this morning after entering we stood in front of the Oder counter along with another elderly gentleman after waiting for over 10 minutes I finally asked one of employees behind the counter if this register was open, he informed me that someone would be with us when they had a minute as he said they were understaffed and very busy, and that the drive up window takes priority over inside customers. When I said that was a really bad policy he told me I could go and get in the drive through lane if I wanted to. At this point i told him I was not going to do that and he said that it would be a few minutes before he would help us and that I would have to wait until he finished with the drive through people. At this point a young Hispanic lady came in and said she heard me talking to one of her employees and that at the time they were understaffed and that there were people in the drive through that were there before us and that way no one helped us. I informed her that no there were only two cars in the line when we walked in as I looked before entering, she began to display an very arrogant demeanor with me and was extremely rude. Also at this time some of the employees started making comments that were both rude and disrespectful. I have lived it this area for over 50 years and have been a customer at this store for a long time. That will now come to and end. The only suggestion I have for you is CAN THE ENTIRE STAFF!!! and start over. From my experience with I assume is the manager the whole staff is both untrained and incompetent. GOOD LUCK
