Lines always long because they rather have you sit until the window has no one there to take your order, then after waiting for 15 minutes they don’t even have half of the products in stock! The drive through is closed in with a small median so you have no choice but to sit in the line and be unsatisfied!

Cynthia at the speaker was a true delight to pull up to the speaker too. @7:30 in the morning she truly made my morning with her sweet soul. She was eager to take my order & I could see her smile thru the speaker! SHE HAS GREAT EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GIVE HER A RAISE DUNKIN! Super fast & super sweet!❤️

I came in the morning time. Despite there being a long line in the drive through the service time was quick. I went inside to skip the line and my order of a dozen assorted plus a box of coffee was done within the time it took them to take two more orders. In fact they brought the assorted donuts over as I finished paying and only took slightly longer with the coffee to make it fresh for me. Every face in the shop was friendly and helpful and the service was fast even while helping a new employee. By the time I left the line in the drive through was gone and I left with a smile.

I ordered the chicken and roasted pepper wrap and got mush inside a burrito. I spent $5.79 plus tax on mush. Just look at the picture, wth is that? Plus hash browns were cold and hard, drink was not good. What happened? Usually you guys are pretty good at getting my order right.

I like to visit between 2-5 PM and the staff is very kind and friendly! They always make me feel welcome! The customer service is excellent! The food is hot and fresh! The coffee is delicious! The donuts are fresh! The restaurant is always very clean! I highly recommend this location!

This store is becoming ridiculous at this point,they all have attitudes. I’ve done drive-through for 7 years and this service is trash. My boyfriend ordered food and they missed three items. I’ve worked in this industry for 10 years,been a manager for 8 and a general manager for 2 years. I know how drive-through times work also. Just get it together or close down. I understand bad days but two days in a row missing stuff.

If only the drive-thru people can get my order correct once in awhile it will be acceptable but at least once a week they got it wrong ?

Meka(short and light skin with black hair) if thats not her name,is very low class with customer service.i went there to order matcha latte with french vanilla and she was rude from intercom to the window.she stated i was pronouncing matcha incorrectly and was rushing me that my purchase was incomplete and still got my drink wrong.she wanted to argue back n forth thru drive thru while they had a full house inside.her store manager stepped in and handled everything professionally (Jorge..i think).She def don't need to take orders or do customer service 1 on 1,she should be where she don't encounter interaction with anyone.very displeased with her but pleased with the store mgr.

I really wanna leave my review. To report this for records. Employees are making fun of customers and taking video and laughing. I think they are smoke something because all entire store smell like a weed and they make fun of the woman who stays for 29 minutes on the driveway believe me or not I was behind

I asked her politely why she was closing down the frozen machine and the kitchen at 720 pm when they close at 9pm. Because I had a whole order and she wouldn’t be able to give me what I actually asked for. She said “because I want to be out of here by 9 , not start closing at 9”. And I immediately hung up. Because how are you going to ruin your customers food because you want to leave work early.

They didn't have mixed munchkins or hash browns or breakfast sandwiches. They're customer service at the intercom or window wasn't friendly or courteous. They were rude and disrespectful. This place needs an upgrade all around inside and outside.
