I come to this Dunkin a lot. It's usually understaffed, which is hard on the employees but they always do their best and that's all I can ask.

Lobby is never open. I have a low vehicle that can't comfortably go through a drive through. Even at 10 am, the doors are locked. Plus, with drive thru they can only service one car at a time, so when someone takes 10 minutes deciding on their order, all the cars behind are stuck waiting.

You visit this place and although it's business hours the lobby remains closed. They scream at you from inside to go to the drive thru because they are short staffed. And then the drive thru is packed. Terrible management, rude employees. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

I have ordered a tea from there three times. And while it definitely looks like tea, it tastes like coffee. This happens at this location frequently. Not wasting my money there ever again.

Sign on door clearly says they are open but door is locked at 7:26 a.m.. Never had this issue before.

I live in the neighborhood right behind this location so I’m a frequent customer and I gotta say… it’s incredible how this place manages to mess up an iced coffee, every, single, time…How? How is this possible?I order the same exact thing, every day, and every day, there’s something else wrong with it.What can we do FOR YOU to understand instructions clearly?“One pump of sweetener” does not mean, put an extra pump just because you *think* an iced coffee should be loaded with sugar.“One cream” does not mean fill a third of the cup with milk/creamer.Just follow our instructions, pay attention to what it is we are ordering and do it every time.I go here and not Starbucks because they’re serving cups of milk with sugar over there, with a hint of coffee.Now, my neighborhood Dunkin is doing the same. I’m not going here for cups of milk and sugar, I go there for coffee.

DJ & MELISSA turned my morning around.I ordered boxed coffee from the app for everyone at work. When I arrived I was informed they didn’t have any boxes to make the boxed coffee. To add to the frustration I signed in as a guest under the Dunkin app and had no way to see my receipt to get my refund easily through the app.DJ saw my frustration and quickly figured out hot to refund my card right there at the store. I was super appreciative. Great customer service on her part.The app isn’t great to order Dunkin from. There aren’t enough options for menu items like assorted dozen bagels. Cream cheese on side. Etc. thank you DJ and Melissa!

It's been OVER 5 years! Since this location has had even a 4 store review! Since then it's all been 1 stars and negative comments. This location needs to have more training in customer service and manage their time much better than what it is now. Long waits with short lines, always out of things, horrible customer servicié skills in the drive thru. When will management and the owners make a change?! I don't come here for for the customer service at all. I come for the quality of products and convenience of the location only. Again, not for the customer service and not because it's a pleasure to come here.
