Wonderful experience. The people were knowledgeable and very helpful. I like that they will service our new e-bikes for 3 months which includes parts and labor. They also give you a free tune up. This is over and above the regular warranty of one year parts only. We are enjoying our new Aipas e-bikes.

I had a flat on my electric bike serviced here twice and both times it was done in a timely manner. They even took the time to adjust my brakes for me, which I really appreciated. The staff, including the lady at the counter, were all friendly and helpful. Great service--I'd definitely recommend!
