SCAM. I called THREE times to confirm my order as I was ordering from out of state to surprise family that lives in FL. Website states business address are delivered by 4pm. I let them know my dad leaves work by 4 and confirmed with them at 9am and Anna said it would start being made within the hour. THREE HOURS LATER I still see no update on the tracking and called again. Anna again states it’ll be out for delivery in an hour. Another FOUR HOURS goes by and I call again just for them to tell me they have no delivery drivers. Complete scam and am still waiting for a refund I never received. Have already contacted executive offices as well. I wish I read the reviews first

Order was placed on 4/14 for delivery 4/23, and it was never delivered. Tracking shows no updates other than order received. No one ever called, zero communication occurred. I have called the store everyday now for 3 days in a row, 3-4x a day, and no one has answered the phone once. I also sent an email 3 days ago and no one has responded. Not only did this happen now but the EXACT same thing happened just over a year ago when I placed a separate order. I should have known better to not repeat my mistake. It is clear this business absolutely gives no care for its customers.
UPDATE: as of 6/11, the company has STILL not responded to any attempts of communication. I opened a case with the BBB and due to EA not responding to any of their attempts at contact, the BBB closed the case without resolution.

I made the mistake of ordering from this location for an anniversary gift! I did not see the reviews until after my online order was complete, I took the chance and decided not to cancel.BIG mistake! I ordered chocolate cover pineapples, apples and two different strawberries, but unfortunately only half of my ordered was delivered(6 out of the 12 fruit I ordered). And what was delivered looked like my child dipped the fruit in chocolate as well as the chocolate was partially melted.This is extremely upsetting, but the worst part is I have spent the last few days calling and leaving voicemails in ordered for some kind of resolution. However, they don’t not pick up the phone or return my calls. They took my money and ran! Extremely unprofessional! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS!

After months of trying to get a hold of anyone through phone and voicemail. There has been no reasons from anyone at Edible arrangements or refund. Extremely unprofessional and a fraud of a business. I would NEVER give my money again to a business like this.

Only leaving one star so I can say this location is trash and shouldn’t represent edible arrangements as I’ve received many nice ones. My order came with warm fruit melted chocolate the wrong size and missing the balloon and special card I made. Also, I ordered the special assortment of cookies and got 3 store bought broken stale chocolate chip. They won’t answer the phone as is clear from the other reviews. Almost $150 for crap!!

Worst store EVER. Placed an order for pickup today at 10:30 for Mother’s Day & store wasn’t open. Calls going straight to VM. I had to get corporate number from another store to be told this location closed last week but they never informed customers who placed order. The rep apologized & canceled my order but gave no real answer to why this happened. If i hadn’t called then we would never know this. Emails should have been sent out so we had option to transfer to another store. Now it’s Mother’s Day & my mom can’t receive what i ordered. Edible Arrangement will NEVER get another order from me!!!

By far the worst experience that I’ve had. Put in an order on April 29 to have a Mother’s Day platter delivered on May 3. I got a notification that it would be delivered on May 6. Come May 6, nothing. I called MULTIPLE times and each time it went straight to voicemail. I probably left 5 voicemails with no return call. Now Mother’s Day is tomorrow and still no delivery.

Omg this place is the worse!!! Ordered 3 days ago to find out they closed the Millenial location and suppose to paid an additional fee for delivery on top of the fee I paid!!! Had to cancel this order.

I placed an order today for one hour delivery at 11:36am. It is now 1:55pm and the recipient hasn’t received the order. I have called the store five times now and it keeps ringing through to voicemail. My mom won’t be getting her gift on her birthday, and she won’t even be at the delivery address tomorrow if this store ever decides to deliver it. Corporate customer service was very helpful, but this store clearly doesn’t know how to run its business.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! It is awful. Ordered a special surprise for a Family member on a Wednesday morning for same day delivery and it was never delivered. Called Thursday morning, to be told item was unavailable until Friday and would refund us the delivery charge. Friday came along and when they delivered it after we told them to leave it with front desk staff, they didn’t and took it back. Called and asked to deliver and said they didn’t have any more drivers for the day. Have called repeatedly and nobody answers the phone. Why have a business phone number if you aren’t going to answer. AWFUL BUSINESS. Don’t waste your money here. Mind you I’ve already emailed the owner and left a complaint with no response.

Horrible service. I ordered and paid extra for same day delivery just to receive an email at almost 3pm stating my delivery date is now 5/2. No one answers at this location. I have been trying for 2 hours to get a hold of someone with no response. This location needs a change dramatically. I’m not sure how you’re in business. Thank you so much for ruining a surprise for a dear friend.
