I just want to thank Kayla who answered the phone and took my order after a horrible experience with the edible arrangements in Orlando - Millenia mall store. The item thst I had ordered never got delivered and I was desperate to still have something delivered. Kayla was so helpful and assured me that this store would make sure the item was delivered. Thank you so much for all of your help and reassurance ,you have no idea how much you helped during such a stressful time.

Very disappointed. My wife is about half an hour to leave her job. I had no other option but to ruin the surprise by telling her about the gift I sent her. Now the arrangement is not delivered and the store does not answer the phone. Over 200$ lost on this bad company that is not accountable. Thank you edible arrangement for ruining my valentines. Again thank you ??

I sent flowers to one of my managers on 8/13/21 as it was her last day at the company. I am located at a different site. I thought it was odd that I did not receive a thank you. I finally asked another coworker if she received an Edible Arrangement and he said yes, but there was no card. They had asked around to see who had sent it. My order confirmation showed that I had written a note. I am extremely disappointed.

They were very communicative and the arrangement was delivered fast. Delivery person went up and beyond to make sure the delivery happened on the same day.

Horrible... ruined one of my birthday surprises for my fiancée.I had placed my order on Monday to be delivered on Thursday and received a call Thursday morning (day of delivery) saying they don’t deliver to a business that is 15 min 8.8 miles away. Really? You couldn’t have told me that Monday,Tuesday, or Wednesday so I could have planned accordingly? Absolutely horrible

One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Phone number I have called over 8 times, never picked up and does not have a voicemail setup, which seems very unprofessional. Placed my order online, got a confirmation email, but was never delivered. Called their corporate line. They said they would reach out to the store manager, and to give them 48 hours to look into it and the store would email me back. 2 days later have not heard anything. So called the corporate li

They said they would reach out to the store manager, and to give them 48 hours to look into it and the store would email me back. 2 days later have not heard anything. So called the corporate line again. They said they can reach out to the store again but need to give them 48 hours. I asked if I could switch my order to a different store and they said no. I then stated I just want a refund, they said it will take 24 hours, then the store will reach out to me and let me know if they can do the refund. Super restarting, I am a first time customer and this will also be my last. Never offered my any discount, free items or apologized. Super disappointed.

Worst experience with this company I've ever had. I sent several "Mayday" gifts yesterday. This place could not comprehend someone was handicapped and couldn't make it to the door. Then when I call as the sender they tell me they can come get it. I tried to explain they were on crutches. The lady answering the phone needs someone else to do it. I could not understand her. I asked her to spell a few things and couldn't understand that either. Their automated phone says they are severely understaffed. Then stop taking orders instead of ticking people off. Will not send in Orlando ever again and I hope they read this. They should be ashamed of the service yesterday.

The arrangement was fine, but customer service was the worst! Very impolite and unprofessional people! Order had an unsuccessful delivery (they attempt to deliver at 1:52) and company didn’t communicate until 3:30pm to make arrangements. They called and never left a voicemail or any type of message. Around 4:15 they sent me an email with an order update - when their store closes at 5pm. When I called employee was extremely rude! Ended up paying for a delivery fee when I had to pick it up and deliver my self in a rush so my aunt could receive her birthday gift on her actual birthday and not the day after. Very disappointing!

Fruit and arrangement were good, but there was MOLD on the strawberries! I expect better quality when/IF I ever order from this location again.Otherwise, everything was delicious.
