Ok... I’m originally from the northeast and I never thought I’d find decent bagels down south. Well. I was wrong. Einstein Bagels are fantastic. They have a great variety - both standard and premium bagels. Standard bagels are your usual everything bagel, cinnamon raisin, onion, blueberry, etc. The premium bagel is 4 cheese, jalapeño & cheese, apple. You pay more for the premium bagels, of course. Their cream cheese selections are delicious. You can grab a cup of coffee, juice, a cookie. You can order a bagel sandwich, if you choose. I’ve never tried the sandwiches, as I am a cream cheese kind of girl. I can attest that the sandwiches look good. You can choose to sit at their tables or take your bagel on the run. They do have wi-fi too. The staff is always friendly. If you need something special, like an onion bagel separated from the rest, they are happy to oblige. All you have to do is ask. The place can get pretty busy, especially on Mondays, so plan accordingly. Monday’s special is 13 bagels for $7. Only problem there, is they run out of bagels in the morning very quickly. The staff works well together and we usually get in and get out quickly. We have stayed in to eat as well. The chairs could be a little more comfortable. No one rushes you to leave. Also, being close to both Florida Hospital and Rollins College is a nice perk. (Stop at the Rollins Bookstore & you’ll find Einstein Bagel there too.) Iif you’re looking for a tasty bagel, look no further than Einstein Bagel. Soooo happy we found these bagel, ‘cause my family could not live on just Thomas’s Bagels. Einstein Bagel is FAR better than the Thomas’s and any frozen brand. Ooohhhh.... I think I need a delicious French Toast bagel and a good cup of coffee now! Try them.... you’ll like them.... maybe even love them.

This place has a different variety than Panera....dare I say it "better". I am a Panera fan however coming to Einstein was a nice break. I love the concept of the bagel smears...small bagels with cream cheese or other flavors on the inside. In the breakfast area I prefer Einstein bagels however I wise there were more locations. The breakfast choices are refreshing, the coffee was delightful and it's still small enough where you enjoy the sit down.
