Abigail is such a wonderful person and instructor. She is personable and makes everyone feel comfortable. She is very knowledgeable with aerial yoga and we felt very at peace after our session. We will definitely attend again

Heather is a great teacher for the kids class. Such patience and positivity. I gifted two grandchildren for Christmas for classes. The first one was great. They are looking forward to more.

EYC features a spacious yoga studio: With Aerial Yoga, Aer Yin, Barre, Aerial Power Fit Classes. Mat yoga, Meditation, Yin, Restorative, and Yin. The studio is equipped with high-end Tatami "padded" Zebra Flooring for ultimate comfort and safety, found only in a few studios in Orlando.
EYC offers classes for adults (13 and up). Please see class descriptions for age requirements.
Earth and Air Drop In classes are reasonably priced OR you can purchase the yoga package that fits your specific needs.
