First of all I don’t even want to give 1 star. But that was my only option. 0 stars rating for me!!For those that have a great rating happy to hear you all had a great experience! IV DID NOT!!! I brought my baby in for shots but more so very concerned because he was having diarrhea with some vomiting, not eaten and no energy at all. The first tech that came in and checked his weight was very nice. The second tech had the audacity to say to my baby when she was holding him that she usually don’t like Yorkies but you are so cute!!! I was VERY offended at that and I had to take a deep breath because my baby was sick!!!!Ok the first tech comes back to discuss what test they are going to take to check for whatever. Ok. She come back do her thing and states the time it will take for the results. Then the VET comes in, looks at me, looks at my baby ask what’s going on I’m telling him but he’s in a rush I guess does not let me finish he picks up my baby looks at him, listen to his heart mumbles something about being dehydrated pick him up off the examination table and walks off with my baby holding him like you would carry a bag a grocery!!!I hear my baby crying and hollering with whatever the heck they doing to him! OH the VET never even bothered to introduce himself! The nice Tech comes back with my baby and hands him to me telling me that they were hydrating him and it was uncomfortable for him and that was why he was crying. She proceeded to let me know that he will receive 2 shots, antibiotic and vitamin b12. She leaves. Comes back with antibiotic, 2 can of special diet dog food and instructions. So I’m done! Time to check out. Checked out paid my bill and the lady at the desk leaves. I’m looking at my paperwork hoping it would EXPLAIN MY VISIT TO ME SINCE NO ONE DID! Nope! So I wait around for ac but for someone to come back to the front desk no one did. So after awhile I pointed my head round back and the OTHER tech spots me and comes back. I proceeded to ASK her if she can please go over my visit with me. Like what was wrong with my baby, what are the antibiotics for? Like can SOMEBODY TELL ME SOMETHING!?!?!I was livid!!!! The level of care received was UNSATISFACTORY!!!!! I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO ASK WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY BABY!!! Ran test on him and did not even bother to come back and c state whether negative or positive or what they found!!! NOTHING!!!I left out there ANGRY and CRIED all the way home! When I got home I was yelling and screaming at my husband about the visit.I choose to NEVER go back there and took my baby elsewhere. Treatment at the other vet 5 stars all the way!!!! Even received a follow up call the next day checking on my baby!!

I honestly would NOT recommend this place at all. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful. But the doctor was careless and passive aggressive. I’m not sure if it was because he was upset he got called in late at night for my dog but that’s his job so. When he finally showed up, he didn’t introduce himself or bothered to ask what was wrong with my dog, he just asked the assistant to take my dog in the back. My dog also yelped when he was injected by the doctor in the back causing me to go back there and check what was going on. Although, It’s usually considered “normal” but my dog has never yelped with his primary care doctor when he gets shots so that was very concerning to me. I wanted to wait till the morning to take him to his primary but unfortunately my dog got worse through the night so I had to rush him in. I was charged $1,000 for barely an hour of service by a doctor in his pajamas that barely did anything. When he also tried to explain to me the diagnostics and treatment, it rubbed me the wrong way. It just seemed so in-genuine and almost rude. I will definitely not ever come back, they’re only getting one star because of the really nice young lady at the front desk and their sweet cat.

Please don’t bring any puppy with any special needs to these people with will kill your pup. Brought my Frenchie in today because he had a cleft lip and needed supplements to his health up to par, they handled my 6 day old puppy super rough. They stuck a tube down his throat to try to tube feed him and missed the first time making deep scratches in the back of his throat causing him to throw up blood with his milk and making it hard for him to breathe. The doctor that was caring for the pup also mentioned it was his first time hand feeding a puppy before trying to show me how to hand feed him. Which I already knew how to do. When I brought him home his breathing got even worse , he couldn’t close his mouth anymore he started to aspirate which he wasn’t doing before we brought him in. Then we brought him back up there for them to tell us it’s normal because of the procedure they did. 3 hours later my baby died </3… I repeat please don’t bring any puppys or Frenchie to these people for as they don’t know how to care for newborn pups or frenchies !!!!!Mind you I kept this puppy alive for 5 days before I took him to the vet for him not having the energy he had the day before. He was barking at 3 days old when he left the vet he couldn’t even whimper ??? This place is about money they don’t care about your animal at all !!!!

They don't give you an estimated bill and charge for services that aren't provided. Stay away from these overpriced amateurs. I will never go there again.

This place was horribly insensitive to my wife and I in our time of need. (It’s not about their amount of money that we didn’t have to treat the cat, it was the complete insensitivity of all those in the office.) We rushed over with our indoor/outdoor cat who had been struck by a car. We called as soon as we found her and let them know that we were heading in their direction at 4:45pm. Upon arrival a multicolored haired woman at the front at first was extremely professional and sensitive to our needs and that we were very upset. She tried to be cheerful. Once we got in the room, a couple of vet techs came in and instantly started talking about money, going into the fact it was going to be over $1k to try and start treatment. This tech also motions to the fact that they don’t take any form of pet insurance, and that if we needed to get some sort of care credit, the information was on the wall. (The QR code and website conveniently didn’t work.)Eventually the Vet came in— followed by HIS CHILD (no more than 5), while he barely looked over our cat. He told us how our cat’s back was broken and they could do x-rays, for about a grand to see if there was anything they could do. All the while, his child continued to yank and pull on him to leave the room. So they left, because obviously, our emergency had interrupted their evening. This was completely uncalled for, and neither my wife, nor our beloved pet deserved this kind of treatment.Another vet tech came in and said that it would be almost $400 to euthanize the cat and give her body back to us— without being cremated. Of course, we were charged the full $130 amount for the visit, none of the staff offered apologies or even sympathy to the situation, and we left with a dying cat in our arms. (My wife cradled our dying cat and walked past the doctor heading towards the exit— no eye contact, and not a word of sympathy.) Obviously, he and his kid had better things to do than be at the office— and it DEFINITELY showed. She was dead within the next hour after laboring, surrounded by the two of us and our other 3 cats.

They helped us try to scan for a chip after we found this little guy on the road. No luck, but it helped us get more answers!

Took my cat here...they charged for exam and literally didn't give opinions what's wrong with my cat like normal vets. Then tried to say they would do blood work and xrays for $1000 after paying $220 for an exam they didn't even do a thorough job. They just checked his stomach that's it. We brought our cat home. They also wanted to keep him overnight for $3000 probably not to take care of him. Horrible horrible place.

To be honest I would rather go anywhere else than here, do not waste your time, I thought it was the only emergency service for dogs available but it is not, they do not check your pet well enough to give an accurate estimate of what your pet has they just care how much you can afford, without even looking at my pet for 2 minutes, I was told my pet was going to die is we don't do a keep your pet here.
