No Stars.The person that I spoke with was Unprofessional. I called in for a tire. He immediately got an attitude and said that I needed to give him a tire size if I am going to call them. Then hung up right away. I called back and asked to speak with manager/ owner. He said that he is not here then hung up on me on me again. Doesn't seem like they want to do any business.

Called ahead of time to see if they had my tire size in stock and was told that they do. Got there and they told me that they don’t carry that size.

stood in office for 45 min waiting on anyone that worked there, when someone finally came in he said he didnt have my size before I could even say the rim size "205/70 R(this is where he cut me off and said to check down the street)" then just walked back out side...

I always go to Empire tire for used tires on my little Honda element work vehicle. I primarily go there because the tires are decent and the service is fast and reliable. Usually in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.

Went there yesterday and today trying to find some tires. This people are never inside the office and the phone seems disconnected, whichever employees are outside will watch you park and then leave without offering any help.

I went to this place with an almost ripped tire with wires sticking out and they told me they couldn’t change it because they would have to go through a huge pile of tires that they just got just to find the one I needed. I don’t know if it’s just me but you would think it’s part of their job to find the tire I need as a paying customer? Now because they wanted to be lazy I drove 5 miles down the road to another shop, and my tire completely flattened out and I had to put my spare tire because I didn’t make it all the way. Thank God the new shop I drove to had a tire

So I ended up staying in Orlando an extra day because a company I won't name (the one that gives a Tire Discount) told me that my tire couldn't be patched and it was late and I couldn't drive for 2 hours on a donut. I was ready to buy a used tire but Empire patched my tire in 10 minutes!!

Brought my tires in to get replaced . They had to be special ordered. I got and appointment and was in and out in no time.Staff were really knowledgeable and friendly.

I hit a median and blew out 2 tires on my Dodge Durango. I called around to the name brand tire chains and the cheapest I could find a brand new tire in the size I needed was $325 per tire?being so close to the holidays, I definitely could not afford to spend over $600 for tires. Someone told me about Empire Tire and how they have good used tires at an affordable price. They had the size I needed and gave them to me for 75$ a piece. Amazing! Thanks guys! I’ll never spend hundreds of dollars on a tire again…Oh and another great benefit, I was literally in and out within 45 mins. No long wait…

I found this place through goggles and even though it was an emergency and had other people waiting, the owner and employees attended me promptly providing me with excellent service and good price. Very pleased!
