I was very nervous about buying my first car, but Enterprise made it so easy. John was incredibly patient and helpful, took so much time to talk me through my options, and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I wish I could have stood by my original review but I have had nothing but issues lately. When Jocelyn originally sold me my Jeep Compass, it was supposed to be white. She informed me after I was approved that they sold it but they had the same one in grey. The photos show a great vehicle with a nice tint. I got a vehicle with the tint so poorly removed there's spots of it left on my windows. Why was the tint removed if it was included in the vehicle description as a major detail for sale? They informed me on multiple occasions that all vehicles had been maintained and serviced on time because they were rental vehicles before. By service, I mean oil changes, and replacing parts due to wear and tear. This was absolutely not the case. My vehicle wasn't even correctly cleaned or prepped for me to pick up. There was still dust and hair all over the place, it was just covered in whatever oily product they used to "detail" the vehicle. My vehicle was supposedly detailed and cleaned very well, but the first 2 nights I had it home, I found German roaches crawling around in the car. Another expense and issue that I should have never had to endure. They also shoved cut-up air fresheners into my AC vents that were almost impossible to get out. I took my car for an oil change about a week after purchasing it. I was told I'm lucky I brought it in when I did because it was well overdue. No problem I guess. Then 2 months into owning my vehicle I'm told I needed new tie rods because the ones I had were completely shot. How did I go through "brand new" tie rods within 2 months? I didn't. They were the original parts put on the vehicle when it was manufactured. Fast forward to last night. I tried to start my Jeep to run to the store. It wouldn't start. It threw an error message stating "Service ESC System" followed by "Coolant Temperature Too High" my car hadn't been started or driven for about 6 hours and has NEVER overheated.I am very disappointed. I thought I was getting a great vehicle. But now I'm stuck paying for something I've had less than 6 months, and cannot drive. Jocelyn was so much help when I was trying to get into a vehicle. But of course, now that I'm trying to inquire about the extended warranty or any warranty information at all, no one will answer or return my calls. I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I was on the fence about buying a car from a rental company but they had a car I loved, they claim to put the cars through a rigorous inspection, and they give you a 12 month drivetrain warranty to put your mind at ease. They also give you a 7 day period to bring the car back if you are not satisfied. We bought a 2018 Camaro 2SS convertible on 8/15/23 but that day we noticed some minor flaws. There were 2 small sliding covers and some trim for the convertible that were damaged, the passenger front power seat was not working properly and the air conditioner worked well but no matter what setting it was on some air was blowing through the defroster. The enterprise sales people were all extremely polite and accommodating and offered to have those issues fixed at a Chevrolet dealer at their cost, and they lived up to their promise.After driving the car a couple of days to work (9 miles each way) on side roads, no highway, I noticed the transmission shuddering when shifting between 50 and 53 MPH and again at 65 mph. I then took It for a ride at highway speeds and the shuddering quickly became more frequent and more violent at many different speeds. It was within the 7 day period to return the car and, in hindsight, I should have. I really love The car so instead I decided to just have the car repaired under the 12 month drivetrain warranty that came with it. While the dealer was fixing the other minor issues they checked the transmission and found that the torque converter was bad and needed replacing. I was told that the original Chevy warranty may cover the repair buy if it didn't that The Enterprise warranty would cover it. They quickly discovered that the Chevy warranty was expired and would go through the Enterprise warranty. The problem is that the 12 month drivetrain warranty they give is supposedly a 3rd party company (probably owned by or affiliated with Enterprise) and is apparently difficult to deal with. They have had my car for almost 2 weeks now. The repairs have been completed for at least 3 days already but the dealer will not give me the car back because the Warranty company that Enterprise uses refuses to pay them for the repair. They say that the Warranty company should have been allowed to inspect the car first so now my car is being held hostage by the dealer because of the Warranty company. I had the car less than a week before reporting a major issue, a well respected Chevy dealer used by and recommended by Enterprise diagnosed and repaired the major problem that was also a safety issue, but after 3 days of the dealer constantly communicating with us and the Warranty company it is still not resolved. On top of that the car is due for an insurance photo inspection which I had planned and the car was fixed but I can't get the car back from the dealer. Now I have to try to convince my insurance company not to drop my insurance because I didn't comply in time. Not worth the headaches. Wish I just brought the car back in 3 days for a refund.

Wonderful experience. Got the car that I wanted. Got the information I needed. Had the best call in a lot. Volkswagen that thing was nice. Oh my god I wish and I will just couldn't afford it and they sell vehicle depending on the mileage. Got to take a ride to Orlando if you want to buy and they do sell those bills. Mileage on them. Be like 50,000 60,000 you know before they can sell them. I was there and spoke with his gentleman and he was very polite. I had a great experience

DEFINITELY MUST SAY ENTERPRISE IS NOT A CAR RENTAL PLACE. THEY HELPED ME DRIVE OFF THE LOT IN A 2020 WITH 59000K UNDER THE HOOD WITH A 550 CREDIT SCORE IF YOU HAVE PROOF OF INCOME YOU GOOD ! SHOOT OUTS TO MY MANS DARIUS CARR HE DEFINITELY PROMISED I WAS GOING TO DRIVE OFF WITH MY OWN . MR. CARR THANK YOU FOR! I WANT TO SAY I RENTED A CAR FOR ENTERPRISE 2 MONTHS B4 THAT DAY AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND SOLD ME A 2020 BLAZER!!!!

To be totally honest, the whole staff at this enterprise location is well groom and seasoned that takes professionalism to a greater level. “Darius Carr”, whom I had the pleasure of meeting made my car buying a smooth sail and also went outside his pay rate to make sure I was pleased and comfortable with my decision. I couldn’t ask for a better service and if I could recommend 10 I most definitely would. Great team at this Enterprise location, because I came all the way from Lake City, Fl.

On the day that I visited and made my car purchase, everything went very smoothly. They took my trade-in and offered me a very fair amount for it. The entire swap of my vehicle for theirs and getting it registered and insured took less than three hours.However, I am due two refunds and it has been over a month and no sign of either one. One was promised two weeks ago. So I am giving 5 stars for the day of purchase and 1 star for the follow through.

-5 Months after purchase the car BROKE DOWN! -They lost my tag and made me go pay a 2nd time to get it. Spoke to the manager Tiffany several occasions with no assistance. - The tag situation has lasted 6 months and I had to make a police report in order to help myself. - Spoke to Ronnie who is apparently the person who runs the dealership and he had nothing to say but give me a number to figure it out myself. - To top it all the vehicle BROKE down after only 5 months, they won't cover anything only AAA to try and tow it for me. BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL!!!!

This has been the easiest car buying experience I've ever had and I've been buying vehicles for 35 years. The experience from initial contact over the phone to driving off the lot with the vehicle was awesome. I bought my truck from Enterprise Orlando and my sales representative was Brandon Grega, he was awesome, he did everything he said he would do. The truck was in certification when I first contacted him. He said he would make sure it came there and he would let me know when it was there, which he did. I live several hours away and he even arranged for me to get a discounted one way rental from Enterprise so no one would have to drive me to pick up the truck. The truck was a Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn and it was just as described when I got there. Completed the paperwork and drove it to the house. I,m not sure I'll ever buy a vehicle any other way again.
