Jordan and Kendsley with the Enterprise rental return at MCO were great to work with. We accidentally left our remote controllers to our home in the vehicle we rented and appreciate that they thoroughly checked the car, as is their policy, and retrieved them. When we got back there they were sitting on their desk, we were relieved. Thanks! The Smiths

Did not have the suv I ordered. Offered an upgrade that was beat up and filthy inside said pick a compact or the beater and left us. This is my LAST enterprise rental. Never again. Everything is in Valet mode and I need to waste a day of vacation to get what I already paid for. Good bye enterprise.

Yes I’m rating them -0 they do not keep word. I was here with my sick son on his Disney world trip and they refused car rental because of there mistake. I would rent a car from someone else they have no consideration to help any way. Run the people there are nice but it’s the company. I will not drop this.

Fantastic experience. Easy to order online. Skipped the counter paperwork by doing it online as well. Walked into the parking lot and was immediately taken care of by an awaiting employee. The gentleman running the gate was very kind and professional. I don't remember his name unfortunately.Will definitely be using this company in the future!

Im a regular customer at the Apopka Fl location. I have been doing business with this office for a number off years.... along with my family members. We are very happy with our service. These guys do there best and hardest to make sure customets get the service they deserve. I highly recommend. Kelsey... Jake and the rest off the team..... keep up the good work.

There aren't enough words to describe the excellent customer service that I received from Janine and Matt this past Friday night. These two individuals deserve whatever high honor(s) that Enterprise give to their employees that go the extra mile for customers. I showed up to this location with a van from Miami that was not fit or safe to be rented out (Ill spare the details), I called customer service to try and get the situation resolved and the agent Wensley was rude and not helpful at all. The situation was Dire and required immediate assistance, Wensley to have action brought on him for leaving me my wife, my elder parents, and 6 underage defenseless kids in a dangerous situation. All he kept saying was that I need to call the local branch that I picked up the Van from and resolve the issue with them. I was 200 miles from the original pick up location and they were closed until the next day. After refusing to help or transfer me to a supervisor I decided to leave my family at a hotel and drive to the Orlando Airport location which was 45min out of my way. I arrived to the airport location only to find out that the van was to tall to fit in the garage, Janine with a smiling face figured everything out and got me on my way. Janine is just simply awesome, I vowed that i would never rent from Enterprise again especially with the way that I was treated by Wensley the customer service rep. Being a manager myself, Janine and Matt changed my whole perspective of customer service and has opened my eyes to changes that need to happen at the store that i work at. Janine and Matt should be training customer service seminars ETC........ Their knowledge and skills are far beyond just working at that location.

Service has gone down as they are prioritizing self service.Since I was here last time the rental processing had changed and now you pick the cars by yourself which I personally am not a fan of. There is also a shelf where you pick car seats from and you assemble them yourself - again not a fan.I spent too much time searching for a car and assembling the car seat which had no branding or clear instructions. The staff at the location couldn't help me because according to them they aren't allowed to help (not even by explaining things due to insurance and liability...).The experience wasn't great.

i made reservation for toyota rav4, but when i pick up the car i found no one single rev4 waiting for me , and i receive a huge toll fines for late payment since the rental co. did not sent me email for how much money i need to pay. DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY..

Hunter & Zk were amazing I had an issue with my rental car and they took very good care of me & my boyfriend. It’s our first time at this airport & we had nowhere to go, but these two were phenomenal at helping us being. Very kind gentleman. I wish we had more people like those two great men. It would be a better place. Please give them a raise they deserve itS
