I barely take the time to write reviews on Google. I’m actually in shock with Enterprise’s level of customer service, and complete lack of control over their inventory management. Sharka Williams is the Assistant Manager at this location, and his customer service skills were worse than his associates. No where in our online booking did it say there was a $200 “one way drop off fee” to take the car from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. However, Sharka went on an assistant manager power trip and said he has no control over Enterprise’s “online technology” and that the $200 fee was impossible to waive despite other employees telling me it 100% can get waived. Maybe Sharka needs that extra $200 to hit his quota/commission check? Not sure, but safe to say, I nor anyone who I know will rent from Enterprise as I will always have this impression about your company and your “Assistant Managers” lol. Attached is a picture of Sharka Williams’ card next to the lovely Hertz across the street that got us a nicer car, for half the price and no “one way” fluff fee.

Once again, enterprise drops the ball. DON'T CONFIRM A RESERVATION IF YOU DON'T HAVE A VEHICLE FOR ME. Their reservation department apparently looks at some kind of percentages instead of actual vehicle inventory. I even called the number that was listed as the direct number to that location and spoke to someone named Raymond who said yes, they had my vehicle. Then I paid for a Lyft to the location and low and behold, no vehicle, no one named Raymond at that location. The people who WERE there were friendly and got a vehicle for me but tried to charge me more because the only one they had available was a nicer one than what I'd reserved- not my problem. Eventually, they agreed to rent me that vehicle at the price of the one I had reserved and confirmed. That's the only reason for 2 stars- friendly on-site staff and agreeing to the "discount". This has actually happened to me twice in two weeks at two separate locations.

I've been pleased with the Union Park location. The few times that I've had to use them, the service has been outstanding. Do wish they had a bigger selection of cars but they truly do make up for that with their service. A real mom and pop feel to this location where the customer comes first. Too many businesses have lost that nowadays.

They close at 5 so after 3:30 they will not answer phone picks up and hangs up

My experience was wonderful the gentleman at the front desk was knowledgeable quick and upfront took me less than 5 minutes to get my rental car had it for 13 days came back and returned it in just as little of time the billing process was wonderful and the location couldn't be any better

Agency worked with me as I did not know same day reservation are superseded by reservations that were made the day or days before. However, we were able to work it out such that it was a win/win for everyone. I appreciate the assistance of Sharks, Gabriel and Aaron.

I was very happy with the sales team here. The vehicle was very nice and was in beautiful condition. The team and Keith were very helpful, thorough, pleasant, and accommodating. They are reasonably priced and have many options. I will definitely be telling others as well as returning to this enterprise location when necessary.

I give this location 5 STARS!!!! not only did I show up last minute yesterday without calling to see if I could get a full size vehicle since the insurance upgraded me to one but the customer service here was phenomenal!Spoke to Sharka Williams the assistant manager who was very helpful and professional through this whole process.When I showed up yesterday he advised there were no vehicles at the time but to please come in early in the morning the next day to switch over to a full size.I showed up at 8am today and he did not hesitate to help me right away. There was a rental ready for me (which was a charger) ? of course didn’t say no to that. Although this wasn't the original location where I received the first rental from they didn't give me any issues with leaving with the full size rental!I love enterprise and been a customer with them for years this is why I continue to use them. Rental was clean and ready to go unlike the first one which was not as cleaned inside. Thank you for the great service today!

My husband and I have used Enterprise car rental for about 7 years now and have always had great service from reservations to picking up to returning have never had any problems in state or out of state. Great company to rent from!!

Absolutely terrible service. The first time I called, Derric said my rental was not set up yet and refused to help. The second time Rosie said they had a Highlander when my rental is supposed to be a LARGE Suv. Travis Davis the manager still has not called me back 3 days later. Stay away! Very unprofessional office.
