Specifically wanted a 7 seater, Website shows a Dodge Durango (or similar). Rented for the day for $100, Got the car no issue, noticed 3 rows of seats, thinking "great, it's the 7 seater", drove a few miles to our hotel to later find there's 3 rows of 2 seats. One of our party got left behind. Excuse was "it's the hemi package". My reply "mate I didn't order a hemi, I ordered a 7 seater". Got $20 compensation.

Great rental experience. Amazing service as Herzon is incredible and honest, he helped me with a last minute rental and could answer any question u can think of. Great cars and a reasonable fee for being under 25.

Sorry for the delay on this review I was on holiday last August with my wife and my goddaughters family and I always go here for a car we have had 5 now from enterprise and the service is out standing we had a few car issues and they 4 people that work there we had dealings with them all was fantastic friendly and very helpful and when it had car problems they sorted it out and no fuss so many thanks to Norm, Diana, L.T and Yelenah for all your help see you all again in a few years đđđȘđȘđđ

Rosen center is where I wound up renting a vehicle from. I scheduled a vehicle for the following day because my flight got in at 3:00 a.m. . I walked to the location and the entire process felt so smooth and seamless so there was no problem. Norm and another gentleman at the location made me smile. They explain the information that I needed they provided me with my paperwork and sent me on my way. The vehicle I reserved was not ready and they did not hesitate to upgrade me and accommodate me so that I would not have to be delayed in the process. When someone goes out of their way to make your visit to another state comfortable, that really sticks with you. I hope the next time I'm in Orlando I get the opportunity to interact with these same people.
Enterprise should be proud of the people who represent them. I cannot say the same for all locations or for all businesses, but this business got it right. Thank you again for your help and for such a pleasant and kind demeanor.

Enterprise customer service in general took a noise dive after Covid and the we will pick you up and take you back stopped. This location had a line of four people when I arrived. One person actually helping customers, three people working behind the counter. None acknowledged the rest of us, they would be with us soon, basically no service. Might as well be government employees where one person works and two stand around watching or doing work that could be done when customers arenât waiting to purchase the product youâre selling. 45 minutes into waiting, still not serviced for a pickup. Technology shouldnât take this long or be this hard. Especially for a product or service being reserved in advance.

The accept reservations online, but when you get there they tell you there are no cars available for âsame day reservationsâ while they have a stack of keys on their desk. Donât accept same day reservations if you canât fulfill them and waste peoples time.

I booked a rental through the website to pick up at 12pm. I get there and they tell me that cannot accept my driver license because the corner of my license had a small chip to it. I have rented in the past with the same license with the same chip in the corner and this is the first time I get rejected. My friend had to check out the vehicle instead. Plus, they said I couldnât drive the vehicle cause of the chip on the corner of my license. After we finally check in, they tell us we have to wait for a vehicle. Shouldnât they have a vehicle ready if there is a reservation booked?

Be careful when booking with points. Booked a âRogue or similarâ for 1,600 a day. Received an email confirming a Mirage (small car) and charging my credit card. Then offered me a Corolla saying it is nicer. Tone deaf service and awful web interaction.
