Back in 10/2021, I rented a car from the Enterprise at Orlando airport. They asked if I wanted an upgrade (to a mustang convertible) I figured why not since I was on vacation. When I retrieved the car, no one did a walk around with me and I was told that someone would as I exited the airport by the attendant at the exit booth. No one did! When I stopped at a store shortly after getting the car, I noticed the front bumper was damaged pretty badly. I tried to call Enterprise and get in contact with someone, but no one answered the phone. I wanted to enjoy my vacation so I figured I would report it when I returned it. When I returned it, the staff immediately accused me of causing the damage to which I replied, you can look at the cameras and see the car was damaged from the start. Eventually they contacted their manager, and the manager said it was fine and they would look into this later. I was later contacted by their insurance company and once again accused of causing the car damage to which I replied, again, someone simply needs to look at the camera footage! I was told that everything should be fine, and they'll contact me if need be. Never heard from them! Fast forward a year or so later, I rent a car from the Tampa Alamo 12/2022 ( I made a car rental reservation in advance, no problem). Had I known that Alamo and Enterprise are affiliated, I would have never booked the reservation through them! At the desk, I was told I was on the do not rent list and I could not be listed as a driver!! Horrible experience, all around. WILL NEVER rent a car from Alamo or any of their affiliates, ever again!! From getting an "upgrade" that is damaged, being accused by the staff that I did it, and being put on the do not rent list - what a joke! Give your money to a company that has their shit together.

Had vehicle reserved, arrived at desk and they had already rented all out. Thank God for Lyft. Capitalism will ultimately put enterprise out of business. Sorry excuse for a company.

They did not honor our reservation after waiting in line and talking on the phone with customer service for 2 hours. I believe they overbooked because everyone was sold out. Had to use Uber. I'll never rent from them again. I've never had such bad customer service in my life.

Recently rented a large van, a few days into rental we used the van at night and realized it was infested with cockroaches. Would not recommend.

Wow I am lost for words what an amazing management team. Dropped off the car and let them know that there is a problem with the tire not holding air they handled in the very professional manner and applied credit towards my rental thank you Richard and Jeff for an amazing service

The initial experience of getting the rental was great and everyone was nice. The issues started once we arrived to georgia and started to deal with any type of incline. The passenger van was sluggish and struggling during any kind of incline. Of course the real problem was when it stalled half way up a climb and turned off on us. My entire family was in that vehicle and we almost died. Thank god no one was behind us as we had to restart the van and back up all the way down. The only way to make it up any type of incline was to floor the gas as the minuet any incline started the speed would drop rapidly. After that initial scare I didn't feel the vehicle was safe and immediately called road side and explained what was going on and that we needed a replacement vehicle, anything would work even two vehicles. Long story short I called at least 8 times the following days, even visited the local enterprise and in the end NOT ONE person followed up. We spent the 8 days parking 1 mile away from our cabin and walking. Every time we went out with that vehicle the stress of it stalling was so much that the entire trip was pretty much ruined. Every time I called I was just told the case was escalated...not a phone call, email or text from anyone....absolutely ludicrous..and this is a customer literally telling them the vehicle almost killed them..god forbid you break down someplace you would be screwed...Really can't express how angry and disappointed this experience has left me. I even left a letter with the keys during drop off and STILL no one called or followed up to at least apologize and explain to me how no one followed through. So i'll do what everyone else does and whine on social media since that appears to be the only way to get anything resolved.

I've used enterprise at this location twice now, and both times employees were consistent -- kind, professional and efficient. This time I drove the car up from PBI and had no problems with drop off. Esperanza was a delight! Highly recommend.

Great place to rent a car in my opinion. I've rented 2 cars from Enterprise in Orlando and then in Stanford. My first rent was a 2019 Toyota Yaris. The pictures are of the second car I've rented. 2020 Ford Mustang Convertible.

My car is getting fixed and my first rental got a flat tire(it happens). I went to Orlando International airport to swap my vehicle for a new one. The team and management team took GREAT care of me and made it an easy process. The issue I have is when I picked up the new vehicle I didn’t realize it was damaged and NOT cleaned or sanitized. I got the car home and had to take care of it myself. I disinfected the interior to remove the stains and build up from steering wheel and shifter. I also vacuumed out the interior as it was full of dirt and hair(probably from the person before me). My boss is coming into town next week and I am expected to drive her around in a car that is clearly damaged on the outside and stained on the inside. It’s embarrassing. Do better enterprise for your paying customers and take pride in your product.

Super easy when we checked. Received the vehicle I requested. Was clean and comfortable. Drop was even easier. Staff was super friendly. Always have used Enterprise and will continue to use them.

After a day of stress dealing with Budget Car Rental, dealing with Enterprise was a blessing. Regina, the employee who helped us at MCO was super sweet, very helpful, and pleasant. And unlike Budget, who wanted to hold an extra $250 even though we had returning flight information, Enterprise does not. I would definitely recommend Enterprise over most of the rentals there, but that's just me. We ended up in a brand new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 3000 miles on it. It was a wonderful experience.

Needed to rent a vehicle for the week because I had family come down and visit us and we always go with enterprise and we decided to use the enterprise in the airport. When we picked up the vehicle the rep was very helpful and took care of us quickly. Returning the vehicle was the same Vick who my husband spoke with took very good care of him even gave us a minor discount for being enterprise customers.

After a horrible experience with another company, I decided to book Enterprise. The entire experience was fast, seamless, and worth the price. Arriving to the airport terminal I went right up, confirmed my reservation, signed the agreement and was directed where to get the car. That took under 5 minutes. I went to retrieve the car, all I had to do was pass over the paper to the attendant. He told me to select a car out of a few. I ended up with a nicer car than I planned. I got the car and left. Over all took less than 20 minutes. Returning was made so easy. Returned directly to the terminal, dropped the key and went on my way. Best rental experience I've ever had.

I have nothing but the BEST things to say about the employees who helped check me in for my reservation. I was having card issues and didn’t think I would be able to make my payment. The man who helped me was extremely kind in waiting for me to call my bank, did everything on his end to make it the smoothest experience possible for my boyfriend and I. Thank you for all you did in helping us, we won’t forget!

I never write reviews but I honestly have to for this. We rented two cars for the trip where one was considered a fun car, the other being more doable. Our first car rental went so smooth. After seeing a huge line at hertz I definitely thought I would wait. Nope. The lady standing there directed me to the kiosk and even walked me through it. My friend and I walked into the garage and the guys took the receipt and drove the car right up to us. Maybe 10 minutes tops. When returning we notice tons of people. We went back to the rental area where we encountered a HUGE problem that was going to affect our trip. Trevor was not only super attentive but ended up fixing the outcome of our trip so much. He fixed the problem and honestly made our stay the best ever. He definitely deserves a shout out. Will definitely use the company again through Orlando.
