***BE AWARE OF THIS STORE , DISHONEST MANAGERS.I am from Arkansas, I visited/Bought furniture store like moderna, zuri & cantooni furniture not having any problem but Euro living Furniture on alpha Road , Dallas,TX are cheaters/Dishonest.My last visit on Thanksgiving time i found bed/mattress with massager & snoring futures from diffrent stores but while I purchase my other furniture from euro living furniture they wants me to buy all furniture from this store as well because they can compete the price,After i received delivery we received Regular base instead of having a all of the future I paid for ,when I called them they told me they sent Regular base because thats what I paid & complete lie on me.I like to aware of buyer make sure anything they offer u should put on the invoice with there sign otherwise they change there statement.I am going to take Legal action against this company soon but I like to aware of community don't waste your money/time store like this.

Do not purchase anything from this merchant. The representative Meriam is a liar and not trustworthy. I stand by my comments 100% . We waited more than a month and the merchandise came damaged . There is more to this story. If I could do zero star ; I would have done it as far as the rating goes. So sad . She is not an honest and honorable woman. Don’t buy any thing from this company. I warn you. So maad.

Love this place and staff. We purchased out entire home furniture from Euro Living. The staff was amazing and eveything came as peomised. We will be back for more stuff.

Furniture shopping can always be so frustrating and stressful. But not here honestly, they had so much patience. They have a great selection with great pricing. They truly made my experience, smooth and easy. I was shown everything that I was interested in and had questions about. Such a lovely store and great service. I did need delivery and that was just as great of an experience. . It's hard to find business that actually take care of their customers. That's not the case here they are amazing!!!

Took my $ for the product and almost a month later...no product. When asked why the response was, "your order has been cancelled" That's it! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Made my purchase for my new house and I couldn’t be happier. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery team were very professional and they even vacuumed my house. Highly highly recommended Euro Living modern furniture ??????

I have no idea what the previous reviews are talking about . We had shopped all over Florida. and could not find better place for quality modern furniture with the very best staff. they really were very helpful and our furniture came in perfect condition. Even the delivery crew were the nicest ever and helped us move few pieces around the house .. If you have not visited Euro Living . Do not take our word for it . Check them out and find out .

Don’t buy a warranty here. Buy your own separately. Shame on you EuroLiving for selling us your warranty, blaming your warranty partner as the only problem, then keeping half our settlement for yourself after 19 months of our hard work waiting and pushing for results. We purchased $10K leather sofa and recliners four years ago. EuroLiving pressured really hard to buy 5 year warranty with their partner Uniters for complete repair or full replacement if covered damage occurred. Which it did. Warranty company approved our claim right away, and that was the last substantive communication we got, almost 2 years ago. EuroLiving and warranty company in bed with each other - Uniters will ONLY talk to EuroLiving, NOT to the customer. Warranty portal for customers only gives you robo-response that they might take 3 months to get back to you. Nineteen, yes 19 months later, we were still hounding EuroLiving to get our covered replacement or repair done. Warranty company finally paid out only a small monetary settlement - to EuroLiving, not the customer! EuroLiving held the money and refused to give us our full settlement. They only gave us half, and kept the rest for themselves. DO NOT BUY THEIR WARRANTY OR TRUST THEM! Damaged sofa was never repaired or replaced.

i placed an order on november 2022 and i havent received as of today april 13, 2023. i emailed and called several times with no luck. no body answer the phone. i called my bank and have cancelled the payments. i also contacted affirm. they couldn't help me as the loan as been paid. is the worst service ever. do not buy for them!!to the owner: you can verify my email and number

I bought a TV console, that was not as advertised, the color is gray instead of walnut, when we called to return the item which btw the delivery was delayed to 5 weeks instead of 2 weeks.Let me be clarify that I was at the store in person but they didn’t have what I was looking for, so the sales person suggested an item , I went ahead and bought it without seeing it phisically, it was an online purchaseOnce I assembled the console I realized that the color was not walnut as advertised , it was a grey version of walnut which doesn’t match my furnitureI explained to the sales person that sold the item to us, that the color wasnt the right one, she said that they couldn’t do a refundTHEIR RETURN POLICY IS 3 DAYS !! Even for online purchasesWho has a 3 day return policy??It’s not even on the invoice, The invoice they gave me don’t have a return policy on it,not even the phone number of the storeI’m stuck with a tv console that don’t match my furniture or force to buy something from this companyVery disappointed on the way they do business

At first they said that my order would be delivered by the end of November. 4 weeks have passed and my order still has not been shipped from Canada. When I called today, they said that they told me that the order would be delivered to them by the end of November not to my house; however, the email states differently. They told me the new delivery date would be the 1st or 2nd week of December. When I asked to cancel my order, she said they probably won't be able to cancel it and if they do then it'll be a 30% charge. According to federal law, they are required to refund the full amount if they are not able to deliver it within the stated timeframe. When I told her that, she said do "whatever I want." Little does she know, I am aware of my rights. I will be reporting this company and filing a lawsuit for my full refund. Charging 30% from a few thousand dollars is a lot that they are scamming. Plus, it's against federal law if it's due to a delivery delay.
