The manager Leila is not only unhelpful, but rude. Clearly only caring about the bottom line at her store and couldn’t be bothered to assist me with my return, then tasked me with calling customer service instead of offering to see what could be done.So now I have to make another trip to another store.I used to love Express and have spent THOUSANDS here. But I won’t be coming back to the Millenia location or likely any other Express.Situations like this are why people are shifting to buying exclusively online.

I came in Friday 2/16 to do an online return/exchange. I had all my receipts, tags attached, everything.. the cashier said I was not able to exchange anything even though I had receipts for my items. Why? Instead I received a virtual gift card that was sent to my email address (after I asked if it was refunded to my card and she didn’t have an answer for me).. not only was this weird to me, but not one person greeted me, asked me if I needed help, nothing. I left empty handed and used the gift card that I received from my return to purchase a pair of jeans I wanted to buy at the store, instead I had to buy online. I never had this happen at Altamonte. Will not be back again.

Went in the store on Tuesday 09/26/23 early afternoon and the only salesperson in the woman’s department walked by us several times with a nasty look. I love Express it’s my favorite brand, but this store is my least favorite. I felt unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. As a leader, I would definitely direct this person to another position that does not involve customer interaction. She is not suited for sales, OR needs intense training.

Mall is 2 hours away and the cashier left the theft device on my shirt. Spend 85.00 for a shirt, except for better service.
