The clothes are great but the service was appalling. I entered the store needing to make a return, so I went to the first employee I saw. She was in a conversation with another employee, and told me that I was interrupting her conversation and to go find someone else. It was clear she was annoyed and I was inconveniencing her. Later when I found somebody, I asked to speak to the manager, and guess what, the same lady walked up! It turns out I couldn't make my return because I didn't have my receipt, and I understand that is their policy, but this woman spoke to me like I was an idiot, with loathing in her tone. This can't be good for the Express brand. I was really disappointed and I will not be returning to the store.

Today I passed by and the 2 employees at this store are not only rude but they look like they hate their jobs. One employee at the register she was rude and looked annoyed that I asked for a fitting room and she just pointed she didn't verbalize what door was available. The young man I asked him about Jackets. He said we don't have any except this and just nodded his head in the direction. Needless to say I still purchased my items but if you hate your job give it to someone passionate that needs work.

My two sons and I recently had the good fortune of stumbling on Express men’s store at the Florida Mall following our hitherto unsuccessful search for top quality collarless shirts. Thanks to the store’s wide selection we are now set for an upcoming beach marriage vow reaffirmation ceremony and any formal or informal occasions that lie ahead - such is the versatility of the shirts. We bought: (a)“Slim Banded Collar Stretch 1MX Dress Shirt” in Jet Black, Light Blue and White; (b)“Slim Band Collar Linen-Blend Stretch 1MX Dress Shirt” in Sandshell and Skylight Blue; and (c)“Slim Solid Stretch Linen Banded Collar 1MX Dress Shirt” in White (photos attached). However, the highlight of our shopping experience was Eileen who checked us out. In addition to helping us enjoy an additional 10% discount on our purchases by registering an account at checkout, Eileen went over and beyond to patiently help me find additional colours online (the two blue shirts) - all with an amazing attitude and a million dollar smile that would have tipped the scale to a six-star rating if that option was available. Thank you, Eileen!

I bought from this store based on high-end recommendations... my pants lasted 2 days and looked horrible and they didn't want to exchange them or give me my money back... I think it's in very bad taste that no one can solve the problem here.

The quality of the clothing has become so poor, I can’t imagine shopping here again. Up until now, I bought most of my wardrobe here. Lately, everything just falls apart after a couple washes.

I’m not sorry but if I could give this rating 0 stars I would. The cashier was rude as hell. The associate told me Clearance was 50% off. But the items ring up 40%. The manager couldn’t price match and the cashier had a serious attitude because I ask for the 50%. I’m at loyal customers. Sorry but was the last straw. I rather pay extra at Amani Exchange than to deal with bad customers service. Rude and attitude for no reason. I really hope corporate read this and think to look into who they hire because this was unacceptable

The items they carry in this store are amazing. I'm always able to find larger sizes at this store. The customer service is great. This will always be my go to Express for this reason.

The customer service at this store is terrible. The manager was very rude, he seemed annoyed by the fact that I was requesting him to honor the price of a flannel sweeter that was in a rack with a sign of $29 but it was showing $58 at the register. According to the manager the sign was for the flannel shirts of almost identical material and style but as a customer I guess I was supposed to figure that out. The manager had the audacity of telling me that I had been the only customer complaining about this in the whole day. Other employees were no help either since a lady gave me the lame answer that she understood my point but they didn’t have space to divide the sweater from the shirts. Please see the photo attached to this review that shows how similar the sweater were from the shirts.
