I’m not sorry but if I could give this rating 0 stars I would. The cashier was rude as hell. The associate told me Clearance was 50% off. But the items ring up 40%. The manager couldn’t price match and the cashier had a serious attitude because I ask for the 50%. I’m at loyal customers. Sorry but was the last straw. I rather pay extra at Amani Exchange than to deal with bad customers service. Rude and attitude for no reason. I really hope corporate read this and think to look into who they hire because this was unacceptable

The items they carry in this store are amazing. I'm always able to find larger sizes at this store. The customer service is great. This will always be my go to Express for this reason.

The customer service at this store is terrible. The manager was very rude, he seemed annoyed by the fact that I was requesting him to honor the price of a flannel sweeter that was in a rack with a sign of $29 but it was showing $58 at the register. According to the manager the sign was for the flannel shirts of almost identical material and style but as a customer I guess I was supposed to figure that out. The manager had the audacity of telling me that I had been the only customer complaining about this in the whole day. Other employees were no help either since a lady gave me the lame answer that she understood my point but they didn’t have space to divide the sweater from the shirts. Please see the photo attached to this review that shows how similar the sweater were from the shirts.

The Florida Mall location has the WORST customer service. Nobody greets you, the dressing rooms are a mess, and the workers locked the doors 10 minutes early with nobody supervising the front (despite the fact that there were 4 employees) so my mom and I had to unlock the doors ourselves just to leave! Super disappointing, don’t spend your money here!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! The manager is awful and not accommodating! I walked in there to try on or get pants that said were in stock on the app and the guy took forever looking ( 20-25 min) and nothing. Then I specifically asked if they would do expedited shipping for free from inside the store and he said yes. After Registering everything and mentioning he can give me a $15 discount, he had to then get it approved by a manager. The manager did not want to help out and she said no. I was on my lunch break and I explained that I needed to leave. What a waste of time. I will never go back to this express! I wasted about 45 min in this process for nothing. Go to millenia or somewhere else that will value your time.

I went to redeem my free pair of jeans I guess from being a VIP customer and unfortunately I didn’t realized the card Had expired the day before. The cashier requested help from the manager Damien and was told nothing could be done once the code expires. He didn’t even take the time to come out and explain or help in anyway. Poor customer service experience at the Express Florida Mall!

Goin in for a simple exchange, and the cashier at the front was so cold, and unwelcoming. She dint even say anything when I reached the counter. She just looked straight at the men's department, and never looked at me once when I was telling her what I needed to be done. I don't understand how this kind of customer service is acceptable! Especially when we are strangers, and I have the return receipt, and items neatly packed. Im not causing her any sort of inconvenience, yet that is how she made me feel.
