Extra Storage this has been an unprofessional experience .
I not Likely to recommend or referral this location or company .
Just a few minutes months ago
I came here because I needed to hold a few items.
No I regret choosing this company.
I have 5x5 units that cost me $45-$50 a-month
But the next month Few months it changed to $113 with no notification or letter or email.
I spoke to Toure P Thursday
He went to see what he could adjust he came back with a quote of $70 Each month , I asked why my cost enemy up he stated that their was people wanted It .
I explained to him that
My agreement was $50 and that was not fair .
He be came angry and put me hold and told once back on the phone that it would be $93 for me .
But when I arrived it was $113 .
I expect better out of this
Company just sad.

About this matter and they gave me the same number to the same person Toure P This has been a traumatic experience and why on gods green earth would put me in contact with same person .
Where is the manager,management or corporate .

Called and got a quote that was way more than an earlier quote. When I asked, the lady found the original price I was quoted, but if I didn't know, it would have cost me over 100.00 dollars more.

I love ExtraSpace! I've used them for 3 different storage units now at 2 locations! I love being able to purchase a unit online and go set things up the same day, no hassle! Customer Service is fantastic as well! Toure P. was a wonderful help today when I needed to downsize my unit! I highly recommend them!
