I have been with Extra Space storage for over two years. This facility is well maintain, clean and I have not had issues since renting my locker. I spoke to Njeri Castleberry on the telephone on 8/20/2024, and she was very professional, patient, helpful, respectful and took time out to listen and answer my questions. Her demeanor’s and her response was so refreshing and she was able resolved my problem immediately. I give Ms. Castleberry ten out of ten for costumer service. Keep up your excellent work.

This is a great place to store your things. It's very convenient. The office staff is excellent. Njeri was a big help with me getting a storage unit. She help me step by step with any questions i had.I appreciate njeri following up with me. Njeri showed me where to go and how the storage works. She is a excellent employee helping people and answering any questions you might have. Njeri deserves extra credit for her excellent customer service. The storage unit was spotless and spic and span clean. I really appreciate njeri. She took the time to go out of her way to help me with everything. Keep up the great work.
