Place is super clean, quiet and safe and personnel is very nice, helpful and accommodating. Location is great as well as it is near I4 and on a major avenue. I have been here for about 6 months now and definitely recommend ;-)

Justin is a great manager, took care of us from start to finish and even added a little extra. Facility is clean and cool and it’s nice to not have to walk the entire facility to find an empty cart.

Justin at extra space storage on Lee road Orlando Florida, is absolutely amazing and the best storage unit employee I’ve dealt with and he’s truly the best I couldn’t even make any complaints about him even if I wanted to he’s truly great he helps with everything and is very kind I love that he’s at this facility he keeps the site very clean and when me or my mother go in he’s always so welcoming and embracing with kindness. Now on the other hand the worker Ryan is not so kind Im not sure if he has a grudge towards us or he has favoritism towards other tenants but I just feel uncomfortable when around him, he gives us attitude or sarcasm when me or my mother go to the site, when he’s working at the site it just makes me not wanna go to the site. I could go on and on about the negative things Ryan displays but I think it would be better if he wasn’t at the site because we don’t even bother anyone and it feel like he has a target on our back

I've had a storage bin with this company for the past 6 years. As years go by I always find myself having to pay more than I can afford. Your very kind employee, Justin, came through for me and kept my rental space the same as I'm currently paying. Justin at extra space storage on Lee Rd in Orlando, Fl is simply amazing!! He assisted both me & my mom with our units. Between the both us of we have 3 storage units. He’s always so professional & courteous. Our units were increasing in price & he graciously & immediately took care of the problem. My mom is on a fixed income & simply couldn’t afford the increased rates. Ryan is also very professional & kind. They both take the time to ensure we’re taken care of. It’s refreshing to know that they care & want to make every experience one that we will never forget ! Thank you both for all work & effort you put into making the tenants happy!!!

Justin and Ryan at extra space storage on Lee Road has the best customer service I have ever encountered. They’re always there willing to help you and they do a great job of keeping the property clean. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to anyone friendly staff, cleaning environment and a great place to Store your stuff!!!

Justin Childers, the Store Manager, was polite, professional, informative and customer centric service! He answered all of my questions and helped me figure out my scenario to the absolute best of his ability! He even got rates for similar units at other Life Storage/Extra Space Storage facilities in the area! Thanks for the fantastic customer service Justin! I would highly recommend this company for your storage needs!

UPDATE: I rented a storage unit here for a couple of months. I can't say enough about how great they are. I never saw any insect in the facility and there was not one in the cardboard boxes I had stored there. All units are indoors. Great security. Well lighted. Justin is outstanding. There is another man (sorry I forgot the name), but he was very helpful too. You can't go wrong here. I would DEFINITELY use them if I ever need storage again. I would recommend a more standard lock. I had one that inserts into a hole in the door. It was sometimes hard to open. Justin and the other guy lubricated it, and it was better, but I wished I would have gotten the other lock. Also, since you keep the lock, it's more practical to use the type you can re-use for something else. The one I got is impractical.
I chose this place because of the good reviews and I can tell you they are true. Justin, the manager, made the process easy and he was very helpful, caring, wanting to make sure that I had exactly what I needed. He showed me around, explained how things work, and said repeatedly what to do if I ever needed any help. The place is spotless, and was a comfortable temperature. Cameras monitor all areas. I haven't used the service, but you can even have mail or packages delivered if you are in-between places. Justin clearly cares about customers have a positive experience.

This place is great. Facility is clean and secure. There are always plenty of carts available. Staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. (Thanks Justin!) Dumpster available if you have a unit, just ask the office to unlock it for you! I’ve had nothing but a good experience here.
