Stay away the invitation is beautiful until you’re in after a couple of months all you furniture is well placed inside the storage you’ll get a price hike forcing you to pay or move out.

beware and don’t fall for the so call discount once you rent a storage and 2 or 3 month go by they will raise your payment by 30% or more mine went up by $80 dollars way too expensive. so i moved out and i’ll never go back. stay away or you’ll regret it

I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan at Extra Space Storage, and I must say, he went above and beyond in every way possible. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. Jonathan took the time to explain every detail clearly and ensured I understood the entire process of securing the unit I needed. His level of professionalism and respect made the entire experience seamless.
What truly impressed me was Jonathan’s ability to multitask efficiently. While assisting me, he was handling multiple phone calls and juggling other responsibilities without ever losing focus on providing excellent service. His calm, collected demeanor, and unwavering focus were truly impressive.
Jonathan has an incredible personality, and it’s rare to encounter someone who combines such a high level of expertise with genuine kindness and enthusiasm. He made me feel completely at ease and valued as a customer, which is something you don’t always find in today’s world. His positive attitude and attentiveness made it clear that I had made the right decision in choosing this location.
If I could rate Jonathan higher than five stars, I absolutely would. He stands out as someone who genuinely cares about the service he provides and the people he serves. I left the facility feeling 100% confident in my decision and extremely satisfied with the service he provided. People like Jonathan are hard to come by, and he truly made this experience exceptional.

I reserved my storage online and it took me about 3 days to go and check it out but when I did KAMILE was there ready to help! The storage I originally reserved was to small KAMILE worked with me to get a larger unit. She made it a smooth process. Thank you so much KAMILE!
