Absolutely great experience! I’ve had a unit at this location for more than a year. Unfortunately I drove 3 hrs and forgot the keys. I purchased a new set of keys/lock & Margie assisted me by breaking the lock with a screw driver. It was very complicated and required a lot of labor. Throughout it, she was still the sweetest about the whole situation. She is the BEST. 10/10

Great customer service! I heard good things about them from other customers, it proved to be true!!I do like how you get an access code in a text message your first time there so you can enter the gate when the office is closed. Must do a verification the next day.The walls are very tall so you can stack high. The locks fit inside the door handle so thief’s cannot break them!

Margie was great. She was super thorough in explaining everything to us, helped us see everything we needed to see, got us all set up, and she was pretty funny too! She was awesome to work with, and the space and facility are great.

My first storage ever. I guess I'm getting kind of old because my little 5X5 makes me soooo happy. Damon was very informative & Nice. The location is convenient and very clean. Bonus is they offer dollys on the 1st floor and they have more than enough. Only gripe I have is that my location is all the way in the back... It's kinda scary back there .. Thats how you get attacked by storage monsters .... lmaooo. I need a unit close to the EXIT DAMON!!

I had a rather disappointing experience with Extra Space Storage, and I cannot recommend using their facility. The main issue lies with their severely lacking customer service, which has caused me unnecessary frustration and financial burden.I set up my account on autopay to ensure a smooth payment process each month. However, on two separate occasions, I encountered problems where the payment didn't go through, resulting in late fees of $30 each time. I know for a fact that the issue was not with my card, as there were no problems on my end. It was evident that the fault lay with Extra Space Storage's payment processing system.When I approached their customer service about the issue, they were unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. Despite informing them that the problem was on their end, they failed to retry the payment on their own, leading to the late fees.Even after reminding them to attempt the payment again when it happened a second time, they claimed to have done so, but I received a text from them stating otherwise. This inconsistency only added to my frustration.What's even more disappointing is that Extra Space Storage showed no initiative in resolving the situation caused by their own errors. Instead, they brushed off my concerns and refused to remove the late fees that were a direct result of their system's failure.Moreover, the customer service representative I dealt with was far from understanding and didn't display any empathy towards my situation. The lack of politeness and willingness to assist only made matters worse.In addition to the aforementioned issues, the only response I received from Extra Space Storage's customer service was that they had attempted to call me when the payment didn't go through. While I appreciate their attempt to contact me, it completely misses the point of setting up autopay in the first place.The whole purpose of enrolling in autopay was to avoid having to deal with manual payments and potential payment failures. It's meant to be a hassle-free and convenient way to ensure timely and seamless transactions. However, Extra Space Storage's failure to process the payment correctly, despite having my card details on file, defeats the entire purpose of using autopay.As a customer, my expectation was for Extra Space Storage to proactively rectify the problem and ensure that the autopay process worked as intended. Unfortunately, their response indicates a lack of accountability and a disconnection from the core concerns of their customers.Given this inadequate response and their overall lack of effective customer service, I stand by my recommendation to avoid using Extra Space Storage for storage needs. Their inability to address and resolve issues on their end, coupled with a dismissive attitude towards their mistakes, reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise seeking an alternative storage facility that values its customers' time and takes responsibility for its own errors.

To the credit of the facility, they did advise rates would be increasing soon. They jumped the monthly rate by 50%. If advise to steer clear and look elsewhere for your storage needs. $183 for a 10x10 ?

Easy access,I did everything via the phone. The staff at the location were very professional and helpful. The indoor storage unit and self access was my utmost favorite. There were fully AC and indoors, I could ask for better. The place was well secured also.I want to say special thanks to the staff who also assisted when I misplaced my keys. I will definitely be using them again.

I have rented two different units at different locations and each time the process has been smooth and fast. Every employee has gone out of their way to make me feel appreciated as a customer.
