This location has the best Manager! Shirley is always thorough and works hard to accommodate everyone. She is willing to work with tenants to make sure rent stays fair and affordable. Tenants are very happy here including myself. I’m here for the long term.

Recently, my unit was auctioned off due to failed payment methods. Despite attempting to pay on the day of the auction to make my account current, an error on the portal that prevented me from doing so. I've been trying to resolve the issue for some days now and have been unsuccessful. I have been informed that my belongings were cleared out, but I have since discovered that this is not true. Additionally, they are not responding to my emails. Their unreliable response raises concerns about their transparency and potentially shady tactics.

We had wanted to reserve space at this Extra Space location for several weeks before we actually needed it. Although that is apparently not customary, Shirley really helped us to get just what we needed. She and Camilo are wonderful to work with. The facility is very clean, climate controlled and very secure with all the security measures they take to protect the customers storage units. I highly recommend this location.
