The staff at Extra Space Storage has been incredibly helpful from start to finish. The entire process was easy, clear, and completely stress-free. Janelle went above and beyond to make everything transparent and seamless, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days highly recommend.

Janelle Ramos, is always pleasant to talk to and she always try to help and finding solutions to any issue. I had two separate units and she suggested to get a 10x20 that was available in my same floor and that is saving me almost $50 per month. Janelle and Sarah are the most pleasant people to speak with in the office. Very professional but still compassionate with their clients and readily helpful with any concerns that I may have. Real good people in a world full of cold and uncaring people.

This business will rip you off. Researched pricing on the website one day. Next day was higher. Chatted with customer service who said they won’t honor the lower price. Signed up anyway. 3 months later my rent is increased 53% saying my promotional rate expired. No mention of there being any promotional rate at sign up. I see in other reviews this is a trend. Bad business.

I came in today to transfer units as I wasn’t sure what size we needed when originally booking online. Janelle the assistant store manager was super friendly, Knowledgeable, And took care of us right away! Highly recommend!!

We have rented a 5’ x 5’ storage unit from Extra Space Storage, 7360 Sand Lake Rd; Orlando, FL for the past year. Looking to renew, we noticed much lower prices at other Extra Space storage facilities in the area. We spoke with Janelle at our facility and asked her if she could meet the price as we really did not want to move. Janelle said that she would see what she could do and within minutes called us back to say that corporate would not allow “meeting prices” so there was nothing she could do in regard to price, however she did say that as we were leaving our contract early, she would process a refund for us for the months we would not use the unit. This is what I call 100% AAA+++ customer service! Thank you and kudos to Janelle!
