This place is heartless. There should be laws in place for documented DV survivors. They’ve already been through enough and places that are so money hungry do not care about human life. This place and company is one of them. I’m honestly disgusted!

I’ve done my all to speak with staff/ management/corporate to ask for more time to pay balance in full before our things are auctioned. No help at every turn. In 3 days when I get paid I won’t know how to feel knowing it’s 3 days too late. My children are losing everything from that unit. It’s little to no value to anyone else but to us it’s everything. The staff pointed me to the auction company who then pointed me back to staff. I will not rent with this company ever again

Domestic violence survivor; I’ve been very communicative and open with staff here and corporate now me and my kids things are scheduled for auction days before I get paid. I asked for hardship extension literally 3 days. I never received written notice about the auction date. The staff did nothing to try and stop it or help me connect with corporate/owner/auction company. I will never rent to with Extra Space and I also wasn’t notified about price increase. The payment I was prepared to make was under $200 then they added $180 in fees and wouldn’t accept any partial payments. The things me and mainly my children held in our storage were the only things we didn’t lose during the abuse besides of lives ofc. <3 Dan is the manager and he is stone cold doesn’t care about anything or anyone. I’ve had this unit and paid on it for over a year and they have no remorse. My children will be heartbroken 😔 and I’ve been doing my all in every way to handle and recover everything.

Facility is nice and clean! Price is average. The only thing is bothered me that, when you rent the unit, they make to buy a lock. I have 10 locks in my vehicle and don't need another one. I was charged $20 plus tax. Didn't even open the package, no refund at all. It shouldn't be mandatory!

Daniel Karbeling was a great help and assisted us with a one month rental for a storage unit. He explained the one month promotion and he explained the promo and represented the company very well. He explained the long term rates in the event that we decide to rent longer than a month which we won’t this time but maybe in the future. He is thorough and his service is much appreciated.
