I had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. The staff was super helpful, especially since I had my first interaction with them calling from Germany. They helped me find the perfect size storage unit for my needs. The Orlando facility was clean, secure, and really easy to get in and out of. The rules about what you can and can't store were clear, and the staff on the phone and in store was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Edit: while the owner commented to contact them to discuss further, mind you we’ve already called to voice our concerns.
The place is nice but how can you randomly send a notice in the mail stating that your increasing our monthly charge by $53/month???? And still charging new clients the lower amount. Ouch. No warning! They said they were keeping up with comps in area, but while calling/visiting other places they charge less. Beware.
