Ben was very helpful. He fixed my son's glasses after he lost a screw. We happened to be driving by and just ran in to see if they could fix it. He didn't even charge us. Excellent service. Really appreciate the kindness.

This location is the best in Orlando! I have a lot of eye health issues and they are always kind and patient with me. They have amazing customer service. Ally is an amazing general manger! She is kind, understanding, and is a very kind person.
