WOW! What a wholesome experience I had with the brand.
The customer service was exceptional.
I felt so appreciated as Chelsea took the time to share about the VIP membership (which I highly recommend) and suggested items to fit my needs. I must say, I felt and looked good!
Must visit this store! ??

They made me go 1 hour to look for my order since they had made a first cancellation so that the same thing would not happen, I called by phone and it still arrived, it was canceled, time is worth money and I wasted it going to the store, very bad. NOT RECOMMENDED, THE STAFF OF THIS STORE COULD GIVE 0 STARS.

The associates in store were super helpful. I had made a purchase last week and wasn’t paying attention to the size of one item. I went in to exchange it and the Manager on duty explained how I could save $ by signing up for the membership. She helped me exchange the one item, and then processed a refund for the other items on my previous purchase, without having them in store, so I could repurchase them and apply the membership discount. I saved $150 from my original purchase AFTER adding another shirt and shorts. And her willingness to complete this unique transaction saved me a trip to the beautiful yet distant Millenia Mall ? (not to mention the horrible touristy traffic)
I was even impressed with how one associate handled a disgruntled entitled customer who couldn’t grasp the concept that her transaction wasn’t fully processed and couldn’t take her “purchase” they remained calm and helpful even in response to Karen’s derogatory and instigating behavior. Well done!!
The quality of their products are enough to keep me buying my active wear from them - but their kindness, professionalism and helpfulness at this store ensures I will shop with them rather than online or at another location.

I ordered five (5) sets of scrubs (pants, tops, jackets) online and the pants were not the correct size. I brought the pants to the store and and explained to the employee that the pants were large-long, but I needed medium-long because they were very loose and baggy and that I had to have this particular color for work. Knowing this, she turns the pants into store credit, then proceeds to tell me that my size is not available. “That’s fine, in that case let me just send them back and get a refund”, I tell her, to which she explains to me that since they have already been turned into store credit now I am not eligible to return them. The employee goes to get a manager for me, and after an approximately 40 minute wait Kelly appears. After wasting almost an hour waiting, Kelly curtly tells me the exact same thing that the cashier did- since they were converted to store credit, they are not eligible for full return. I asked if there was a timeline for the item being restocked and was told ‘no idea’, and asked why it wasn’t checked if the item was in stock before my purchase was turned into store credit and my question deflected. Not once did I receive an apology. Suffice to say I won’t be shopping Fabletics again.

I really appreciate the inclusive body type they have at this store. They don't even "hide it in the back corner" which is what a lot of store do when they are "inclusive". This is their main window display and it's wonderful to see that no matter your shape or size you are welcome in!

We went here because my kid was looking for an item as they have found clothing here they can wear without having allergic reactions to the fabric. We wandered through the store and they found what they were looking for but the size they wanted was not in stock. They did find another item they were interested in which they tried on and ended up purchasing in the end. The item they didn't find they are just going to purchase online from them as apparently that's fairly easy to do. The employees were very friendly and helpful and even remembered my kid from a previous visit.I did look in the men's section while I was here and I personally wasn't the fan of the feel of the fabric but I also have texture issues. For my kid this is a good place to shop because of their allergy issues but I personally can't handle the prices of items. They are quite expensive.
