Man when I tell you I’ve never received such valued service from an employee ANYWHERE this high I mean it Juan Garcia was the definition of customer service, I’m not sure if he’s manager or not but regardless he needs a raise, and he’s definitely invited to the cook out, dude went above and beyond, can’t wait to become a loyal customer for fair winds and reach my financial goals thanks to Juan !

The Lee Vista Lakes Team is amazing! Ryan was able to help me open 2 new accounts and answer all my questions in under 45 mins. He is very kind and knowledgeable and I hope to work with him in the future!Honorable mention for Yesenia, she was proactive and calmed all my anxieties about opening a new credit account after having a bad experience in the past. I don’t even know where to start and i am not one to leave reviews , but this is a must.Fairwinds is a wonderful financial institution overall and committed to their customers, but there is one person I would like to recognize for her dedication and help , her name is Yesenia Morales.While looking for a loan to fit my desperate need, she was determined to help me when everyone said “NO” and she made it possible when I saw no way out .I can’t thank her enough for her hard work and care .Thank you Yesenia for not giving up and guidance .

This is the second time I have dealt with Juan at the Vista Lakes location. Each time he has gone above and beyond to assist me with some technical issues with the Fairwinds App. He is very knowledgeable and patience when explaining technical issues. His customer service is one of the reasons I’m a Fairwinds customer.
