My husband and I recently stayed at the Sapphire Falls Resort for our honeymoon. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. From the moment we entered to check in with Ornella we knew this was going to be an amazing experience. She was so welcoming and unbelievably kind. The rooms were spacious and clean and the view from our room was magical! The restaurants at the hotel were great, we ate breakfast almost every morning at Amatista where we had the most incredible server named Kris who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon amazing. Being that this is a resort hotel we loved getting early access to the parks and the water taxi is a quick and fun way to get to and from the parks. Each and every day was incredible and we cannot thank Ornella, Kris and Sapphire Falls enough. We highly recommend this hotel.

We go all the time, multiple times a year, we must have been twenty times. Just got back today from celebrating our honeymoon, we had a blast! At the poolside drum restaurant Jerry & Nico were awesome! Nicest and most helpful people! We loved them, they definitely help make this important time in our life super memorable. The rooms were clean and we love the fragrance! We were blessed to have cold weather for Thanksgiving weekend. Can't wait to go back during winter break!

I had an amazing two-night stay at this hotel and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I self-parked my car, the Bell Services team made everything effortless. Gina, Lauren, Gigi, Hector, and Zach were all outstanding—friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made sure my bags were taken to and from my room with care, and their service really set the tone for the rest of my stay.
Check-in was smooth, and I loved the welcome beverages offered each day. The dining options were great, and anytime I had questions about hotel amenities or even what was available at the surrounding resorts, the staff had helpful, knowledgeable answers.
I also appreciated the texting service—they were always prompt and responsive with every request, big or small. It just made the whole visit feel seamless.
Overall, I had a wonderful time and absolutely plan on coming back. This will definitely be one of my preferred lodging options whenever I’m in the area.

Universal in November never disappoints. The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort was an excellent choice. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit.

We really loved this hotel — it’s the perfect base for Universal Orlando. We split our stay between Portofino Bay and Sapphire Falls. While Portofino is a beautiful hotel set on gorgeous grounds, we found the atmosphere at Sapphire Falls much livelier and better suited to us. Of course, with Portofino you get Express Passes for the duration of your stay, which is a huge perk — trust me — but purely talking about the hotels themselves, we felt more comfortable at Sapphire Falls. That said, if you can afford it, I definitely recommend staying at one of the three premium hotels, as the Express Passes are truly worth it.
What we didn’t like, however, was the fake friendliness toward guests, which became very apparent when we had a problem during our stay: someone smashed the bumper of our car in their garage and drove off. It’s unbelievable that a hotel of this caliber doesn’t have security cameras in the garage. We had to call the police as well as hotel security, and at the front desk they promised the hotel would follow up with a report and next steps, but no one ever contacted us. That really says a lot about their care for guests.

Very nice hotel stole my friends yarn, crochet project and crochet hook that I let her borrow, we checked the entire room top to bottom. Otherwise wonderful hotel!

The hallway before room 2106 smelled bad, like a gym. Also unhappy with the very short times for breakfast. We missed one because they had just closed (2 min before) and two because they had not opened yet. We did not get to get breakfast. Also unhappy with the valet service. They did not allow us to leave the car parked while checking in and when they took the car to charge it (the only way to charge the car was through them) they did not charge it.

From the pool to the rooms to the lush surroundings, sapphire Falls as a fantastic place to stay. And what makes it even better is, you can take a water taxi to the two parks. Quicker than the bus and put you closer to the parks than the bus.
