“Little Lee” Pharmacist, not like at CVS or Walgreen, answers the phone herself, is dedicated and professional The delivery is free. I have moved my Rx from CVS to her pharmacy. Great personality too.

There’s not enough stars to give a true review. I can’t say enough about the customer service I’ve been provided since I started using FamilyCare Discount Pharmacy in May of 2023 till present day. Communication, Excellence, Integrity, and teamwork is what business need to provide excellent customer service. They have it all. I think I mentioned in one of my delivery texted I received from there team the other day. I think a lot of businesses out there could a little from how they operate. I not only recommend FCDP to anyone and everyone, but will continue to use them, as well as my family.

I have never experienced such good customer service from a pharmacy. They are all very professional and friendly. I was with one of the big pharmacies and I had so many issues with them and they were not very friendly or helpful. I am so glad I was referred to Family Discount Pharmacy. I highly recommend them.

The pharmacy is really clean, the staff is friendly, they care about the customer, they help me with all my questions about my medication and they are reasonably priced. I would recommend Family Care Discount Pharmacy in Orlando to any of my family or friends.

I really like this pharmacy, I think it's exceptionally good! The staff there is friendly, courteous, customer oriented, professional, knowledgeable and I can answers to any questions I may have about my medications. They also have a whole selection of over the counter medications and supplies, and I never have to wait on my prescriptions, they arealways ready for pick up. They also have a drive-thru, and if need be they're more than willing to make home deliveries of all my medications. I guess what I like best would be the prices, I have used a lot of pharmacies but this one has the best prices by far, and they're willing to work with my insurance and the co pays. The store is super clean and they have available COVID vaccines, flu shots and shingle shots just to name a few. I am not one to usually make reviews on businesses that I deal with, however I have got say, I am really impressed with this one, they make me feel like my business is truely valued and I am someone special! The service! Unlike chain pharmacies ( most of time if I had questions and calls . No one available to pick up the phone. )I feel like the most important customer Family care discount pharmacy has, as does every customer. When I have had questions regarding my prescription, or over-the-counter drugs, I have always received a fast, helpful answer from the pharmacist. Also free delivery too.
