Do NOT place an online order and ship here. I received email saying my order arrived and ready for pick-up, I went there about 8 hours after I received the email, and they told me to come back the next day because they hadn't had a chance to unload the truck. Email received at noon, I went there around 8pm.I went back to the store TWO days later (so I gave them one extra day, from what they asked, to unload the truck or did whatever they needed to do), the associate upfront REFUSED to even look at my Pickup Confirmation paper. She simply said that they don't have it. I told her this was the item that I ordered online, ALREADY PAID FOR, and this printout is email pickup confirmation that Family Dollar sent. She kept saying she didn't have it. I told her I would reach out to Corporate, and she said that I can go ahead and reach out to corporate.I went home, took me about 10 minutes to get home. I called Corporate, explained to her what I wrote above. The lady put me on hold while she was trying to reach the store, couldn't reach the store. "Nobody answer the phone" was what she said. She also said that she'd do further investigation and let me know the status of my refund. I didn't ask for her name because I figured worse come to worst if items weren't picked-up, their transaction reconciliation wouldn't match and they would cancel the order and eventually refund my money.Today, I received an email saying my order was picked up and they thanked me for it. This was a blatant theft. I NEVER picked up my order. I tried to reach them but of course the Online Customer Service was closed. I have now disputed the transaction with my Credit Card. It was a $20 order and I wasn't rushing to get the refund the next day, as long as it would've come eventually I was okay with it. But now, heck no, not when someone's stealing from me. Whomever signed for that package pick-up and impersonated me, be warned that I will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law.Do not purchase online and choose to ship-to-store to this store, unless you have time to go back every single day to TRY to pick up your item. If you're lucky they might at least try to put an effort to find your item, or they may never find it at all. Just an advice.

No ice and propane.. or to lazy to go outside and unlock it?... weird, bathrooms out of service too..Ok for emergency maybies, but definitely not a reliable place to get what you need.

This family dollar is insane. I bought some oreos last night they tasted like freezer burn. So I took them back, manager didn't want to give me my money back. She wanted me to exchange only... Ig one is bad why would I get another package of oreos...

Would give 0 stars if I could. None of the employees were wearing masks when I went at noon. Wild that in the time of a pandemic where everyone should be trying to do our best we have people who are deliberately choosing to not wear them while making it mandatory that all guests wear them. Also no hand sanitizer at the front door either. We are trying to do our best. Others should try also. I work retail also. I know it sucks but when it is for the better of the community there is no space for this behavior to get by. But ??♂️

Lots of trash in the parking lot. Associates are either on their phones or don't have masks on. Inside the store is tidy and from the looks of it, clean. Easy location to get to.

Clean, staff helpful, all distancing in place, shelves stocked. Cashier was very friendly and efficient.
