They provided the towing service, handled everything professionally, and worked seamlessly with my insurance (Progressive). The quality of the repair was top-notch, and my car looks as good as new. I cannot say enough great things about Fancy Autobody. From start to finish, my experience was absolutely exceptional. I trusted them with my Mercedes-Benz, and they exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
The moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. The team took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident that my vehicle was in the best hands. Communication throughout the entire process was excellent, I was always kept updated on the progress, which gave me so much peace of mind.
The quality of work is truly top-tier. When I picked up my Mercedes, it looked brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. The paint match was absolutely perfect, the bodywork was flawless, and every detail was handled with precision and care. I had a very disturbing experience with this business after being involved in an accident.
Representatives from this shop showed up at the crash scene and implied they lived in the nearby neighborhood while strongly pushing me to use their services. I was stressed from the accident and initially agreed, but later decided I was uncomfortable and asked for my vehicle to be dropped off at a different, trusted location.
I paid $350 for the vehicle to be dropped. At that point, my car was already partially off the tow truck. During the conversation, emotions were high and I expressed that I felt I was being scammed. The owner became upset and said, “Oh, you want to call me a scammer? I’ll show you what a scammer does,” then proceeded to reload my vehicle onto the tow truck instead of completing the drop.
My vehicle was then taken to their lot and held there overnight (approximately 15–18 hours). When I went to retrieve it the next day so I could take it to a shop I trust, I was charged $1,500 just to have my vehicle released from the yard.
This situation felt retaliatory, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. Regardless of emotions during a stressful accident, no customer should be treated this way or financially punished for wanting to take their vehicle elsewhere. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
Also they try to cover themselves by giving you a business card thats for “fancy auto body shop”. When he has 2 body shops in the same place the other one is called “in and out body shop”. Just bad people that scam to make a living wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I am speaking on behalf of my sister and nephew. My nephew got into an unfortunate accident on his way to work. My nephew was hit by a 2500 Ram truck and my sisters Hyundai Sonata was eventually totaled. We were kind of stranded between working with the insurance company and arranging a tow truck to a far shop. The universe works for those in need. Dennis saw us standing by the wreckage and came out of no where, like an angel. Dennis was on heading home after his activities and seen us in dispair. Dennis let us know his shop was around the corner from the accident and he would be able to assist us, and he did. Dennis made sure our car was towed in a timely manner and also took care of working with our insurance. We were lost with all that was going on and Dennis found us. From start to finish, we were grateful for what was done for us, the time taken to care for us, and the comfort that was given to my sister and nephew in a time of need. Dennis, from my heart, THANK YOU!!

I do not recommend this workshop, they are informal, that Dany showed up at the scene of the accident and gave me a card 2 months ago and they still haven't done anything to my car. I paid the deductible Cash and he tells me after two months and my car is the same The first day I take it he tells me that I have to pay 150 dollars a day for the car to be there, without shame, if my car has been in that shop for 2 months to get it fixed and nothing has been done, conciliation, I had to call the police
He is a casual scammer and abuser
