Delivery works dont even knock on the door to confirm the delvery address here in 32811 they just give it to anyone standing outside the home the supervisor should bd checking these workers cause its a federal crime giving other people mail and should be FIRED i see this needs reported to cooprate fed ex looking at these reviwes i was home one knocked so who signed for my package i never got.

Customer service in this location is so bizarre. It feels like you are in another dimension because all the workers move so slow and speak incredibly quiet. Visibly roll their eyes at you when you ask a question and are leaning over the counters staring into space until you prompt them to help you, so as the customer you really have to facilitate the entire interaction because they certainly won't do it for you.

Consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. I've been in here several times to mail things for work. The first time, I was appalled at the way the woman behind the counter was talking to an older man trying to mail a package.When it was my turn, the man who "helped" me refused to believe I had a FedEx account for some reason. He kept saying, "no you need like an actual FedEx account." I explained that I have one and he insisted on redoing the slip and charged me $60 to overnight the package. It arrived SIX DAYS later. I usually overnight things for $8.50 using our corporate account.I planned to never go back but had to yesterday. I was greeted by a woman who said nothing, only shouted: "WE'RE CLOSED"It was not yet closing time.I will be making the 18 min drive to Oak Ridge location rather than the 6 min drive to this FedEx going forward.

I was treated very badly at fedex 3120 s kirkman rd orlandk 32811 Lisa the employee and another woman with black and red hair were super rude because it took a while for them to print my return to walmart! I'm a consumer and I don't work with returns and it's not my fault they are only used to the easy part of the job and they got nervous Lisa in particular was rude and started complaining in English and throwing it in my face because I hardly speak English and my son who She's American and she didn't know, she was impressed with what she said, I felt very prejudiced on her part because I'm a Brazilian immigrant and she works in a mall where there are only Brazilian stores and she should be more polite! Since pretending to be friendly I believe is impossible, I left the store and I'm not going back. I'm 9 months pregnant and I was crying because of the embarrassment of returning merchandise and being mocked by it. I hope Fedex does something! because if a person is not satisfied with their work they should look for another job where they do not work with the public!

Terrible service, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE FEDEX. They never arrive on time. Paid for 2 day shipping for my package to be delayed by over 4 days! Clown fest going on over there

This search says that they do packaging there, they do not! If you need packaging you must go south to an actual FedEx store!

One of the better locations considering... The weekday staff are quick. The weekend staff are very slow. This is not really a surprise.
